Paid for Premium, Never Received Service and No Support Response
I purchased an annual subscription for nTask Premium (3 users) in February 2026, and despite the payment being successfully processed, I never received access to the premium features.
It has now been almost two months, and I have made multiple attempts to contact their support team through all available channels, including email, support forms, and social media. Unfortunately, I have not received any response whatsoever.
This situation is extremely frustrating, as I paid for a service that was not delivered and have been unable to get any assistance.
At this point, I am left with no option but to pursue a formal dispute through my credit card provider.
I strongly advise potential users to be cautious, especially regarding billing and support responsiveness.
