NRl staff are helpful and professional but the use of forced payment companies to process a simple invoice at 20 a time and threats of being payed minimum wage if the Clients decide they don’t link you in the first 3 days is a kick in the teeth before you even start

Clear onboarding, responsive support
Just starting out with NRL as the agency for my UK contract, and it's been a great experience so far. Onboarding was clear, questions about the Master Agreement were answered with proper written confirmation, and the support team has been responsive and easy to reach. Off to a great start.

My experience with NRL has been superb ! Very organised, always kept in the loop every step of the way. From interview to all checks being carried out. The staff at NRL were very approachable and replied to my emails, promptly and were very helpful.

First time working through NRL
First time working through NRL. Money was incorrect as not paid through cis. Phoned up and informed . They turned it around and sorted within 24 hrs so was still paid on friday after innitial call on Thursday. Great service.
