Actually so impressed with this site! Always had my winnings very quick, usually within the hour unless it's out of business hours. Not sure why it's having so many bad reviews. Baffling

i took time out on nrg casino,and took a screen shot of when the time out ends,when i went to log in it said blocked so i emailed them,they replied saying the expiry ends in 2031,bit odd given i sent them the screen shot stating expiry was 26th march 2026,but thats fine i wont waste anymore time on this site.

I’m a member of NRG gym in Glasgow St Rollox . I use the gym 4 times a week week . There is a free car park and the gym is open24 hours and has excellent equipment. There is a PT called Anna and she is awesome. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend the gym to anyone. Great vibe in the gym and all the staff are super helpful.

After using this site for an over a year and been brilliant. They have closed my account without any reason. I have £1700 in my account and they are completely ignoring all my emails. Absolutely disgraceful

What a shite company i made 40 deposit then my account was suspended cos not verified but they took cash then asked for all proof although the card i used 2 deposit in my name not once thru signing up did it ask for verification then asked for passport bank statement and photo of card i just deposited from then a photo of me holding passport next 2 my face so email came saying by law my account not verified although they let me deposit so suspended so I said its fraud i paid 40 for a service or goods and when account suspended pending payment shud not leave my account it's got money back 2 day then email chatting shit stay away from it and any company that has no customer service number all email

Raised a valid issue with NRG with regards to my daily/weekly/monthly limits not being reset as a consequence of entering a new month (November) as what normally happens via their online live chat facility.
I asked why my permissible deposit limit on my account was showing as a minus even though we had entered a new month.
No clarity was provided and no straight answers were provided to my follow-up questions. I was left in limbo on their live chat facility for 20 minutes whilst waiting for a response to my last question.
I sent a correspondence to NRG about being ignored and left dangling but received a reply to say the agent I had been speaking to had allegedly been called into a meeting, hence why there was no responses received during the period I was waiting. This was deemed to be a perfectly acceptable standard of customer service by the person who responded.
Due to my sheer disgust at being treated in such a manner and getting absolutely nowhere with my initial query, I asked for my NRG account to be closed. This was acted upon immediately, which was baffling considering what I'd been subjected to beforehand.
As a consequence of the account closure, it appears NRG have reported ne, without any notification, to GamProtect. Several other betting operators I had had held accounts with have excluded me from gambling with them as a result of being reported to GamProtect.
However, I have asked each of the bookmakers concerned in excluding me including NRG, but not one of them is accepting responsibility.

Please do not bet with NRG if you want a peaceful life.

Today I signed up, made a deposit and put on a bet on. Minutes later, account suspended for verification. After five emails with verification as requested, still they refused to open account. Asked for refund of deposit, see hiw long that takes. Absolutely leave this platform well alone, they are so garbage.

Really disappointed, great site great navigation tools large range of games came to withdraw was told I needed to verify my identification noting that there was no option for me to do this prior to withdrawal provided this it was accepted and then receive a separate email saying they can’t pay my payment due to problems and they need copies of my bank statement or card and it’ll be a bank transfer to withdraw how very very very disappointing
