I have used Niman and his team many times, and everytime I remember why - trustworthy, honest, fair price and always responsive to my needs (whether urgent or not). I highly recommend NRG

Promised my bathroom refurbished in 4 days and unfortunately took 7 weeks. I had to ask them back as my toilet leaked after 2 days!! Was recommended by my best friend but sorry wouldn’t recommend this company

Niman is a honest guy who will advise what is best for his customer, and you can tell from how sincere he is. He advised for us to buy a new boiler by showing evidence of how dangerous our boiler is (showing us water leaks, rust damage and damaged materials). His prices are very fair and despite any cost, I can guarantee the value he brings and honesty in his work.

During the installation day Niman and his team (Callum and Steven) were exceptional during the entire process. They even lay down tarp so that they don't get my property dirty, even during inspection, they are courteous to take off their shows. They would always consult with myself and gave options on approaches and the pros/cons of each for me to decide. They do a stellar job and leave your property fully functional and better before and clean up after themselves!

These are the guys you should go to if you need a new boiler / repairs and the value does show in their craftmanship

I’ve hired Nush at NRG for two plumbing jobs recently and both times found him very professional and thorough in his work.
Nush replaced a faulty element in my unvented cylinder. He purchased the replacement part for me and kept me completely informed of what he was doing whilst carrying out the repair. He also serviced the cylinder and made sure it was back to good working order. All this was done very efficiently, with full explanations and no mess at all. He also pointed out a few issues with the placement of my cylinder and made a few adjustments to help better support the weight of my tank.

Second job Nush carried out was the replacement of my kitchen tap. Unfortunately this was not too straightforward as the new tap I bought had a different configuration but Nush managed to find a solution and re-jigged the layout of my pipes. He was very thorough in checking the tap’s alignment, water pressure and in making sure there were no leaks. Again, the area was left immaculate after he had finished.

I found the pricing of both jobs to be very transparent and fair – especially for the high quality of service provided. Nush also took the time needed for the job and did not rush things. All in all - highly recommend!

Nush is great, he sorted issues we have had a number of times with our boiler and always able to come out straight away. He also sorted a gas leak that was coming from the below property and sorted this over Christmas for us, which we were so grateful for! Even if I call him late he will always try and help over the phone! Highly recommend!

I think Nush has to be the best plumber in London and I want people to know how skilled, trustworthy and honest he is.
I was robbed 4k for the same job 3 weeks ago, by the biggest plumbing company in London, who do not fix the leak.
Nush came in, understood the situation immediately and did it in less than 3 hours, no complaining, no complications, and left it all super clean.

Nush is a highly skilled and knowledgeable plumber and heating specialist whom I have used several times. He is reliable, tidy, courteous and his prices are fair and competitive. He communicates promptly and well both in person and in text messages. We have found him to be very good at identifying and resolving our plumbing and heating issues. We have used him for boiler servicing and gas safety checks and and he is now our go-to person for all such matters.
