Not a good experience
This company increases pricing without telling their customers. They also tend to over charge if you don’t pay attention to your invoices, which we where not entirely happy with. They have hidden monthly quota fees (Penalties) for not meeting 50 orders per month on top of weekly storage and high order handling fees these accumulatively chew into your margins. Their fees are always fluctuating and increasing so it’s hard to run your business when these variable costs are constantly changing without notice. We questioned them about this and an invoice where we learned we had been overcharged and they never responded to our countless emails.. terrible service.

The best in the business.
Working with NPFulfilment has drastically improved our business. In comparison to other third-party logistics companies that we looked into, NPFulfilment have the most to offer. The technology that they have is innovative and easy to use and our entire process - from start to finish - is now streamlined and organised, giving us the opportunity to work on future developments. Leave the logistics in the hands of a company like NPFulfilment who know what they’re doing and, trust us, your business will thank you for it.

Do not use this company
Do not use this company. There areridiculous fees that they aren't clear with you about upfront. Like trade taxes getting your product there, and a minimum 350 order or you get a $2 fee for every order you get under that mark. They also charge a $6 fill rate not counting the $10 shipping which destroys any small product bottom line. They erroneously pulled international orders and filled them, and ignored my requests for cancelation, and charged me an absurd amount for those orders they weren't supposed to fill and will not agree to fix their error. Beware! Do not use this fulfillment service! They are an absolute con and ripoff and I've dealt major financial losses solely because of their bad business.

Hi Jeremy, we are sorry that you were disappointed by our fees & services. We know that what we do does come at a cost. The fact is that all good Fulfillment companies in Australia have a minimum spend. This was clearly stated in the agreement you signed. You had a choice of plans and you selected one that did not suit your business model.
The trade taxes you mentioned are clearly stated in our rates schedule and unavoidable. We do request our international clients to seek tax advice before commencing business in Australia.
Regarding the error you mentioned, unfortunately, it was an error from your side that allowed these orders to enter our system. Our system integrations are robust and offer faultless order processing. We are sorry to see you go and wish you the very best success with your business.

Good, consistent performance
Good, consistent performance with reliable back end systems.
Customer service team are quick at replying but tend to use a template response which doesn't always relate to the questions being asked.
A little more flexibility with one off tasks or favors wouldn't go a miss, but appreciate this cannot always be undertaken.
Overall very happy and look forward to continuing our partnership.
