Firsr, a customer service rep named Eddy on the virtual assistant chat stated to email “customercare at nowtrendingusatee.com” proof of no delivery, but when I emailed the address, it replied back “ Thank you for your communication - this is an unmonitored e-mail box. If you need to speak to a member of Fan Services, please contact us at 855-254-5185.” How could I show proof of no delivery if I never received the order in the first place?!?!?
