After spending three days in the dealer showroom with numbers and cars changing and never really making sense until you are exhausted, I decided there must be a better way to and then I found NowCar.com, Nathaly and the team at NowCar.com. If you are anxious about the online aspect, I paid cash and waited and was sent the exact car I wanted at a price that was right. The shopping was great. The purchase price and process easy. The shipping from Florida to Long Island was smooth. Nathaly is great. Everyone was great to work with. My best new car purchasing experience and I'm 63.

This is a legitimate business—I saved a ton of money on a new SUV. You’ll work directly with a representative by email and phone to finalize the paperwork and get everything set. Nathaly made the whole process smooth and straightforward. It may take a bit longer than expected to complete everything and receive the vehicle, but the savings make it well worth the wait.

I was very nervous buying a car from NowCar being that it was my first time going through a process like this and not actually being at a dealership. I arranged to sell my Ulez non-compliant car through Carnow. A collection was arranged for yesterday, 18th April. A very polite young man would I now know to be Dan from Deal Kent attended. He was very patient as the car battery had died...didn't storm off. He patiently waited while I was arranging for the charging of the battery. Not only did he do that, he educated me on some car charging etc...things plus more. He was very easy to deal with even.when.I engaged him in general chit chat. Unfortunately they could not buy my car due to some issue BUT Dan offered to help take excellent pictures of my car so I could advertise it where I stood a better chance of selling it. This was so appreciated as I suffer from anxiety. It put my mind at peace instead of panicking about how I was gonna get rid of my car to stop paying tax on it. Dan is Manager material and I hope his company do something to keep him as he's a great asset to them.

I have to admit, based on the difference in Nowcar prices and the quotes I was getting a dealerships I was a little skeptical about NowCar. From beginning to end my experience was wonderful. Minus my car getting delivered at 11pm on a Friday night but hey I got it before the weekend. Nathaly was my Nowcar representative and she was very patient and answered all my questions. I have been telling all my friends and family about my Nowcar experience.

I have to say, Nathaly. She made everything so easy, had patience with me.

This was such an amazing experience. I have been telling everyone about NowCar.com It was completely hassle free, straight forward and upfront. I didn't have to spend hours in a dealership and was able to take care of it all on my own time. Staff was quick to respond and always knowledgeable and courteous. There was no dealer fee and no ridiculous market adjustment on the price. Highly recommend! I will be using them again for my next car purcharse.

During my experience with NowCar, I encountered a number of issues that left me dissatisfied with their services. Firstly, the website did not accurately reflect the availability of the vehicles listed, and the estimated rates provided were not final. This made the purchasing process confusing and frustrating, as I was unsure if I would receive the car I had selected even after placing a deposit.

All what you see on the website, doesn't mean anything. This made it difficult to make informed decisions and added to the overall frustration of the experience.

Finally, I was extremely disappointed to learn that my credit score had been impacted by more than 9 hard inquiries despite my prior consent for only one inquiry. I believe that customers should always be given the opportunity to approve or deny credit checks, and the impact on my credit score has been significant.

Overall, I cannot recommend NowCar to others based on my experience. While the concept of online car shopping and delivery is appealing, the execution needs improvement, and greater transparency is required regarding rates, inventory, and credit checks

Simple process and great price without having to negotiate.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with NowCar! I began my process in Feb 2023 and was driving my car by April 2023. I had my K5 built to specification so it took a little more time than if I was buying an existing vehicle.

The process itself couldn’t have been more transparent and easy. The price I received from NowCars website on the first day remained the price throughout the entire deal. And what a great price it was! I see K5s in my area with 30k+ miles on them selling for more than I paid for mine.

Nathaly was amazing at keeping me informed and notified through every step and was there to answer any question I had. She made the whole process very easy and stress-free.

I am currently waiting to receive my plates as NowCar is handling all the registration for my car and I have no worries that this step of the process will be handled just as well as the rest of it.

Overall I can’t say enough good things about my experience. I won’t hesitate in the future to purchase another vehicle through NowCar. This is the only way to buy a car for me anymore, no more spending entire days at a dealership getting swindled!

Amazing customer service from all involved especially Nathaly. Everything was conducted over email with the exception of finalizing car delivery. Prices were honest and up front. There were some small hiccups with titling but those were established promptly and without headaches. I HIGHLY recommend nowcar. I was concerned about buying a vehicle site unseen. This has really changed the way I look at buying a vehicle.

I was skeptical at first but Nowcar put my mind at easy and delivered exact the car I ordered. Thank you for taking the awful dealer haggling out of the equation.
