They NEVER answer mail. Now they even deleted every possible way to contact them. I bought a sub for a year and 7 months in it just stops working and i cant login and i dont receive plans anymore. Sub lasted till november. Was going to renew but not now.

They only have season 3 video guides. Literally nothing for season 4. I don't know why they wanted charged me for these strategy tips when they aren't up to date, but they said they would be.

I really like the schedule Novos give me for my personal training. After doing this for a couple of months now i've seen great improvement. also i really like their workshops.
I've been using novos to get better at fortnite and have been seeing an improvement in my placements in arena.
My gamesense and piece control has definitely been improving and im feeling much more comfortable when im in build battles.
I'm excited to see how high i can reach in arena thanks to the training in novos.

Novos is so good. I spent so much time trying to improve my Fortnite skills but saw little progress. Then I started Novos and that was a game changer! love the personalized trainings & the progress that I see
