The most beautiful wedding set and customer experience
At our initial meeting Kellyann asked if there were any engagement ring designs I liked and to show her pictures of these. I shared 3 with her and by the same afternoon she had emailed a quote for all of them. After that it was a no brainer to stay with Novita to make the wedding ring design truly ours and also purchase my husbands wedding band. Kellyann's attention to detail, customer service and care made our experience. I highly recommend Novita Perth. I love the quality and bespoke design of my wedding rings.

Just finished my appointment after choosing my wedding band. I was tossing up between getting something unique or something as a perfect match to the engagement ring. I tried on multiple designs and went with the unique one, an emerald cut half eternity band. The staff were very accommodating and friendly and were very patient with me while I tried on so many designs.

Nothing shy of amazing!
From the first time I contacted Novita I had amazing experiences. My first consultation was so much fun, nothing was too much effort. I went back for two more appointments until we found the perfect stone and setting. Doria was bubbly, professional and incredibly knowledgeable and was able to answer every question we threw at her. Ive bought jewellery before and been pressured into a purchase and regretted it but at Novita, there was no pressure, just guidance and support which made the whole experience just bliss. I haven't seen the finished ring yet (i havent been well so my partner is waiting until my surgeries are all done) but he said it is the most spectacular piece of jewellery he's ever seen, the sparkle from the diamond left light spot in his vision for a few minutes. Ill definitely post an update with photos when I have it. 💍 💕

Firstly, my ring is stunning! My fiancé, and the team at Novita Diamonds created a beautiful ring for our recent engagement and I couldn’t be happier! The ring was a little too big, but resizing was a very easy process. The showroom is beautiful and the team are very knowledgeable and helpful. 10/10 would recommend!

Stunning quality and exceptional customer service
I recently purchased a necklace and bracelet from Novita Diamonds, and I am beyond impressed with both the quality of the products and the outstanding customer service. From the moment I made my purchase, the team was incredibly attentive, ensuring every detail was taken care of. They really went above and beyond to make sure my experience was smooth and enjoyable.

Dream design
I loved designing my dream ring with my partner. Being able to try the different diamond sizes, cuts and settings really helped me to customise my ring to be everything I’d hoped it would be. I couldn’t be happier with final product.

I couldn’t be happier with my recent experience purchasing an engagement ring from Novita Diamonds in their Perth store. From start to finish, everything was flawless and the staff deserve a special mention. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. They really went above and beyond in answering all of my questions, it felt like they genuinely cared about making sure I found exactly what I was looking for, not just selling me a ring. I chose a radiant cut diamond and it is absolutely breathtaking, uniquely captivating the way it combines the elegance of an emerald cut with the brilliance of a round cut. The facets of the radiant cut are arranged to create a stunning interplay of light, allowing the diamond to sparkle from every angle.

Novita Diamonds were by far the easiest choice for my beautiful wedding band! They helped me select the perfect ring to match my engagement ring. We tried over 10 different jewellers and none of them could beat novitas value for money. Even after purchasing they are friendly and easy to contact.
