Took 2 months to arrive,, and they took a 2nd payment without permission so I had to cancel my card so they couldn't take more,, its not a 1 time payment at all,, and im not sure if I even want to consume it now,, the boys arrived wet im not sure how as they were wrapped in plastic and sealed in waterproof bags so they must have been stored poorly,, not impressed at all

This product is a scam. People think it’s one time Purchase but it’s not. They keep stealing the same money with no avenue to cancel anywhere from the mail or website

Scam, Paid with Pay Pal they helped get my refund, they send fake tracking through 87 track and they say express shipping while spoofing ground shipping! what a joke!

Ordered and according to their tracking system, came all the way to my town and was none deliverable and was sent back. They said they'd send again. Tracked to Illinois and vanished. In meantime, I was hit for Another $39.
I requested a total refund and have not heard a word from them!
Reported fraud with my bank.

A total scam. Avoid at all costs. Im waiting 5 months and nothing only the run around from Emma who refuses to give a tel number and since I insistes on a full refund nkw doesnt even reply. Total scam

Order took over 6 weeks to arrive. Received 6 broken vials amongst all the boxes. Could have been an easy resolution to replace them but I’ve been getting the run around ever since. It’s been over a month and I filed a formal complaint with them only to get an email back saying, “We accept your formal complaint.” And still nothing! The link in shop pay is “unavailable.” Just noticed the $9.99 charge for 365 day return policy. Good luck if you can get a resolution in that timeframe! So disgusted and robbed! And the product is worthless! Did nothing!

Absolutely fraud. I ordered NAD and I got it but they used my credit card to repeatedly charge me monthly without my permission. I insisted to stop
It and they instructed me to use link which they never provided. Criminals! Avoid them or prepare to sue them!

They offered free supplements with your order , but never delivered. They tried taking extra payments out of my account, but luckily the bank stopped it. SCAM

ATTENTION it is a scam!!!
Their marketing on Instagram is Top, i bought for $250 products for christmas but they never arrived on time. The order was submitted on december 9th but only processed on the 22th. I sent 13 emails to canceled the order on the 12th but they wouldn't take any consideration of my cancelation. their adds says refund with no questions ask if unsatisfied. It's a scamming system. They charged my credit card twice for a total amount of $900 in 1 month. The customer service is bots answering emails and it's hard to get a refund with the bank because they seems legit. Never received any of the products. Im still fighting with my bank because paypal didn't protect me, even with all the proofs. Very bad experience.

Still waiting on shipment to arrive seems that they trapped me in to a subscription that I didn’t realise was even there I thought it was a once of purchase the customer service sucks waiting days or even week or so to reply and I check tracker said left local depot and now it saying being sent back to original local depot so it’s like they cancelled my order but have still taken the money off me not happy one. Bit stay clear of this company newest update they told me it’s in transit be assured that it will arrive safely then next email like hour or two later saying it’s being sent back to depot and will re ship my order I’ve told them how can it be in transit then not coming at all and saying it’s been lost when previous email said it on way to me shocking disgusting behaviour by this company anyone stay far away unless you want a subscription that’s impossible to get out I’ve had to cancel my card due to this
