Novex ID provides operational infrastructure for UK recruitment businesses, bringing finance, payroll, invoicing, credit control, compliance and accounting support together under one service. We work with recruitment agencies to improve the way their businesses operate behind the scenes, giving owners greater visibility and control while reducing the administrative burden on their internal teams. A key part of our approach is helping recruitment businesses access and operate appropriate invoice finance facilities. We work with a range of UK banks and finance providers, helping clients understand their options and supporting the ongoing operation of their facility alongside day-to-day recruitment operations. Our services include weekly payroll processing, invoicing, credit control, cash-flow management, management information, CIS administration and compliance support. We can also provide accounting and bookkeeping services, allowing clients to bring more of their financial and operational infrastructure into one place. Unlike traditional outsourced back-office models, Novex does not take control of client funds or operate a factoring facility. Our clients retain control of their business and banking relationships, while our team provides the operational expertise and infrastructure required to support them. From growing recruitment businesses establishing their operational foundations to established agencies reviewing finance costs, debtor performance and internal processes, our focus is straightforward: better information, better operations and better commercial decisions.

Saving both money & time

We run weekly temp payroll for a logistics and driving recruitment business, so the software has to be quick, accurate and flexible every single week. We spent eight years with our previous provider. The funding side was good, but their payroll software was slow and painful to run, and it cost us hours we didn’t have.

Moving to Novex ID changed that. Novex set up our invoice finance facility with the bank and now handle all our worker payments and the finance side tied to our temps. It works out cheaper than our old setup, but the real win is time. Timesheets go in faster, and the system copes with the awkward stuff, like setting up client-specific pay and charge rules without workarounds.

The candidate apply form also feeds straight into our database, so new registrations land where they should without anyone re-keying details.

If you’re a recruitment business stuck on clunky payroll software and want the funding and the software under one roof, Novex ID is worth the switch.

Professional, accurate, and backed by outstanding support

I use NovexID for payroll and financing services, and I’ve been extremely pleased with my experience. Their professionalism and attention to detail really stand out.
