I absolutely LOVE Novex. I have tried other brands in the past and nothing compares.

The cream itself is amazing, I don’t even have to use gel or any type of styling cream, just this leave-in conditioner holds my curls perfectly for at least 3 days, then starts to get a little frizzy, but only because I live in Florida and is super humid in here.

Products are excellent.However when some products arrived the product bottles and boxes were damaged, which caused a small amount of leakage.

The shampoo came damaged but the return policy listed in the package after I received it says there needs to be a 40% loss for it to be replaced.

This is the only product that detangles my kids hair .amazing

I had ordered 2 shampoos and got free samples like always. I only received 1 and got a recharge instead of the shampoo form that line. I’ve ordered quite a few times before this happened.
I’ve tried email and WhatsApp customer service nothing is getting through. Not sure what happened but definitely check before receiving a package.

These products work so good in my granddaughter's hair. It gives here curly hair so much bounce and leaves it easy to brush/comb. I've noticed how it keeps her hair moisturized and doesn't look dry. She loves that it is getting so long.

I am very impressed with these products and will definitely order again.

I really like the 30% off events, and that is usually when I stock up. It has been over a year since I began using these products, I usually rock a wash n go, so I don't press my hair often, I prefer the Keratin line in particular the liquid treatment; well my co-workers constantly telling me how long my hair has gotten. I am a forever customer.

Eu quero primeiramente falar que estou completamente apaixonada no resultado dessa nova coleção! (Superfood banana &protein) Eu usei os produtos no meu cabelo e no do meu filho. Temos textura de cabelo diferente e o resultado foi incrível em ambos! Meu cabelo ficou super macio e com um brilho maravilhoso! Eu usei o shampoo e a máscara de hidratação. Uso muito secador e chapinha e não faço o uso do creme de pentear. Mas usei o creme de pentear no cabelo do meu filho que é cacheado e ficou bem definido e sem frizz. Eu amei muito!

Not bad so far. Still testing products so need more time before providing an in depth review, though first time use did make my hair soft; keratin tx might be a bit much for my hair (still frizzes somewhat)….we’ll see.
