NovaVapes

Been ordering for years - good quality juice for good prices.
Customer service replies are always quick when I've e-mailed.
Expiry dates used to be misleading (old labels had unusual expiry dates), however this has been sorted on my most recent orders.

I've been ordering from NovaVapes for years and have always recieved great quality products and fast delivery.

I have never found a store that offers eLiquid of this quality for anywhere near the same price, either.

The new website is nice and works well. I have not had to deal with customer service, but I have heard good things.

Have been a customer for a long time. My go-to juice shop. Packaging, shipping and flavor are all top-notch!

My current tank doesnt seem to like VG centric juices too much, so I opt to get my own nicotine shots for the shortfills and no issues after.

I highly recommend the Watermelon Twist ICE, one of the, if not, best flavors I have ever come across.

I loved Dripdrop but I think NovaVapes trumps it!!!

Been my go-to vape juice supplier for a while now. Always prompt delivery and reasonable pricing. I don't go anywhere else now..neither should you!

Great tasting vape juices and best value I've seen anywhere, shortfills come with a free nic-shot. Finally found an online shop worth using. Think it works out at around 80p-£1 per 10ml depending on what you choose if you use the bundle options.

They fit through a letterbox so all parties save on shipping. Smart idea really, surprised I haven't seen it done before. Would much rather have that than a slightly more aesthetically pleasing bottle. Will be a commonly returning customer for sure

Ordered late afternoon and was with me by 9am the next day! Great service and the flavours are amazing 👏 👌 🙌

Vape Juice is top notch. Especially their homemade batch. Will definitely be a returning customer.

Great service. Very fast delivery. Excellent prices.
This is now the only company I use to buy vape juice. The quality is amazing.
You've tried the rest now try the best!

Very quick delivery and the juice is really good highly recommend

Amazing juice amazing customer service and just an amazing company

Excellent service fast and kept informed. Liquid taste very good, much better service and better taste than Totally Wicked.

Arrived quickly, all the flavours smell amazing - only tried one so far. and gets posted through the door - even better!

Easy to use website with lots of options. Fast delivery, well packaged. Lovely flavored e-liquid

Brilliant flavours for half the price. If I was to pay £10 per 50ml with a free nic shot in a vape shop for their juices I wouldn't even question it (please don't go down this route though :) ). My favourites are Lemon custard doughnut, mango lassi and fineapple.

I've had a few orders recently and every single time it's been despatched within 24hrs and received within 24/48hrs. It's packed perfectly to fit through your letter box so you don't even need to be home.

I've only had 1 issue with an order and that was on the royalmail end, not novavapes.

Nicholas and Charlotte were very helpful in sorting this out for me and getting my order to me.

I will certainly carry on using them. Thanks again

Excellent service, quick delivery and great price, thanks

Great experience, fast delivery

Quick delivery and easy to manage site good prices for quaility juice only issue was the flavour was less strawberry and more watermelon will know for next time tho,

I purchased as a gift for my daughters partner for Christmas, he loves the limited candy cane, arrived very well packaged and in good time

I've been using Nova for the last 6 months. Their prices are always more competitive than the previous brands I used and the local collection is a bonus. Despite the low price, the flavours are fantastic and, though it's a small thing, the bottles are much easier to fill a tank with

My last order was placed at 11:45am and I received a text at 12:30 that it was ready for collection, which is unbelievably fast service
