Do not buy from Novarrio. This is a drop-shipping scam. I ordered what were advertised as premium blue linen shirts with free Royal Mail shipping. Instead, it took 3 weeks to arrive via a "Relay" courier, and the shirts are cheap, shiny 100% polyester with black buttons and terrible white border stitching. They look nothing like the online photos.When you complain, "Katherine" from customer service will send a very polite email asking for photos. This is just a delaying tactic. They will eventually refuse a free return label and ask you to pay £20+ to ship it back to China, or offer you a useless 15% partial refund.ADVICE TO ALL VICTIMS: Do not waste your time arguing with them. If you paid by credit or debit card, log into your banking app, click on the Novarrio transaction, and select "Dispute a transaction" or "Chargeback." Choose the reason "Goods not as described." Your bank will refund your money and penalise Novarrio.

I bought a dress from them for my graduation, when the dress arrived the fabric was cheap and stiff, the dress was tight and could barely fit me and it was nothing like the image on their website. I then tried to return the item a get a refund there was no instructions on the website on how to return an item you have to email them for the return instructions saying u want a refund. When you email them, you probably get a reply from someone called Katherine and she will try to force you to take a store refund and discount code instead of a refund and return, she try and tell that the warehouse is international and fee to return will be a lot to pay at the post office, so you should take the discount instead. When I told her no I just want to return that item and get a refund, I don’t mind paying the shipping fee to return it, she still was persistent in me taking the store credit instead after continuous back and forth they simply stopped replying to my emails, ignored me and I still have the dress. I now have to go through my bank provider to dispute the charge to get my money back, PLEASE DO BOT USE THIS SITE!

I really wish I'd read the reviews before buying the blazer, photograph suggests a woolen knit fabric (obviously taken from another company's website) but what arrived was totally synthetic, almost like a waterproof Kagool material! how anyone can sell it as a formal blazer is beyond me. No replies from customer services when attempting to return the item and get a refund so contacted my bank who did a chargeback. (very quickly so I assume they are aware of this scam outfit) Do not use this company!

The dress I received looks different to the dress in the picture on the website - the bodice is constructed in a much cheaper way. They say they are unable to provide a prepaid return label, even though on the website it says they do provide them if a customer receives an incorrect item.

When you email them, they reply with very long, over-friendly, AI-generated emails and try to persuade you to accept store credit or a partial refund.

Overall, it's a scam.

If I could give zero I would.. Do not buy ftom this site! The quality is apalling. A dress I ordered described as linen and which looked so nice on the website was nothing more than cheap nylon and the most garish colour pink It wasn't even fit to be a nightie. I threw it straight in bin. I waited over 6 weeks for it to arrive so I knew I'd been scammed. There is no way to return it as their customer service doesn't exist. The whole site is a dupe. Be warned

PLEASE AVOID THIS WEBSITE. This company is the biggest SCAM. I never received my order and I was then sent a false tracking number when I requested for my order update. Then they sent false evidence of delivery saying it was delivered. Then denied a to give me a full refund. I had a tough time with them. Never again purchasing from here.

This company not based in London.. Flash web site but everything shipped from China. At least 14 days to arrive, delivered by Evri with there normal standard of service!

purchased x2 suit from this company based on the images and descriptions shown on their website, but unfortunately the product I received did not match my expectations. The quality of the fabric, overall appearance, and fit were significantly different from how the suit was presented online.
What was most disappointing was the customer service experience. When I attempted to arrange a return in accordance with the company's stated returns policy, I repeatedly requested the necessary return address and instructions but was unable to obtain the information needed to complete the process. Despite several attempts to resolve the matter directly, I did not receive the level of support I expected.
As a result, I had to pursue the matter through my card provider. While every customer's experience may differ, mine was frustrating from both a product quality and customer service perspective.
I believe it's important for potential customers to have an accurate understanding of my experience so they can make an informed purchasing decision.

Bought a pair of shoes off this company a month ago for a holiday I was going in 2 and a half weeks time from then. No shoes arrived despite numerous emails chasing them up with them replying with a number of excuses that were not plausible. Received a package exactly a month and a day after purchasing them. They were not boxed and received in a loose package. The shoes were all squashed and a bloody mess. Do not under any circumstances purchase anything from these charlatans as they clearly are con merchants

Completely negative. They are a scam website using photos from other genuine websites. The products they send are of the lowest quality imaginable from China. You are then offered a token refund to keep the items. But the product I received wasn’t worth keeping. So I had to return the item to China using tracking delivery, the item has been at the return address for 3 weeks but they still won’t refund my money. It cost a further £7 through Evra for tracking delivery.

I don't recommend this company. Returning items is a hassle. They give ridiculous coupons instead of refunding your money. Don't order anything from them.

Avoid……Incorrect item sent. Despite acknowledging this and the poor quality customer services continue to try and refuse a refund and only provide store credit.

The sandals we bought didn’t match the description or image on the website. Have been trying to contact several times to arrange a refund, but no reply. Likely a fly-by-night operation.
