Nova Controllers were brilliant throughout, there customer service was amazing. I had a complication with my package and Nova sorted me out fast and effectively.

His TikTok lives provided a place to ask my questions about the mods I brought and he was really helpful and gave me all the information that I needed .

I recommend Nova to anyone who either has stick drift or wants a custom/modded controller that has high quality parts for excellent performance.

I gave nova controllers both my ps5 pro controllers to repair, one was completely dead from water damage and they managed to bring it back to life working like its brand new again! They also fixed my stick drift on my second controller again feels brand new! HIGHLY RECOMMEND for anyone who needs their controllers fixed.

Always write a review where it’s due… I’ve been looking for someone to repair my scuff for a while now, company’s not responding or interested… came across Nova controllers on TikTok live and found out he was very local! dropped my controller in the afternoon and it was ready to collect by 9pm.

Could not recommend more, these guys r fantastic, managed to watch him through tiktok live even make my control from late at night till early in the morning, service was great and prices are better than scuf, hex gaming and orhers, quality and variety aswell are so mych better than my old scuf, 5 stars all round 🌟

Excellent service! My sons Xbox Elite controller had stick drift on the right thumbstick and the right bumper just didn't work. Nova have sorted it back to working order and son is delighted!. Would highly recommend, great communication and fast service.

My DS4 controller needed some love: potentiometers were wearing out, some buttons began sticking, and the battery was completely shot. I've attempted battery replacements on base model DS4s myself but I always ended up close back up the shell with a button slightly out of place or the trackpad being less functional than prior to opening it. This DS4 was special so I wanted to pay someone to do it properly.

Lee was very communicative and flexible with adding and changing services throughout the process. I ended up changing drom Hall Effect joystick modules to the TMRs to help with battery life. He sent pictures for transparency of the entire process and showed the tuned joystick caliberations. Now that I have my controller back the stick deadzones are half of what they were with the potentiometers; every button has a nice, crisp click and reseated perfectly; and the battery lasts longer than it did from it's brand new full charge.

I normally don't take time to leave reviews but I can't recommend Nova Gaming Controllers enough, even with factoring in international shipping.

Messaged asking if they could look at fitting increased storage to my nephews PS5. The responses I received were so quick and also very helpful and informative. The cost for them to do this was very reasonable and they even did the job for us the same day. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
