They will not honor refunds attempt the first time and then threaten how customers has to pay for their own shipment back to original warehouse in China.
Yet, when order they specify the delay in shipment is due inspection in the US.
I got a quote for international shipment and is more than $200 USD.

Nova jewellery is just gorgeous! I have several pieces and each item is perfect. They elevate any outfit, I personally love the layered necklaces! Katy has such an eye for detail and this shows in her pieces & in the beautiful packaging these arrive in. Would highly recommend!

I've ordered a few necklaces now, one of which i literally never take off! Really lovely quality and always beautifully packaged. Attention to detail is second to none! Only problem is... i want it all!!!!!

I recently purchased a gold bracelet from Nova Jewellery and I couldn’t be happier! The quality of the bracelet is high quality—elegant, well-crafted, and exactly as described. The bracelet was beautifully packaged and ready to wear. Excellent service and a lovely product. Highly recommend!

Such a beautiful jewellery. I couldn’t decide on the size of my ring and the owner was so generous with her time talking me through the sizes and being clear about return options. Then it arrived in the most beautiful packaging - I could tell everything had been done with such care.

I ordered two pairs of earrings- one for myself and one for a gift. Katy was super helpful and quick to respond when I was trying to decide on what to choose. Both arrived on time with lovely pouches to keep them in. My friend loves her pair and I’ve had lots of compliments on mine!

Gorgeous selection of jewelry- I purchased the heart padlock pendant necklace and the knotted bangle. They shipped quickly and arrived beautifully packaged. I’ve worn the necklace daily and it still looks brand new- highly recommend!

Missing items,In the website it was showing buy one get one free.Received only one item and it is not worthy for the amount I have paid.

I got the Astrology Charm necklace and a delicate chain which are both beautiful and stronger than they look, having survived my 10 month olds strong grabby hands this weekend! My parcel was delivered really quickly with the cutest presentation bags which I’ll keep for storing my necklaces for travelling!
