On Nov. 24, 2025, we ordered the 2-tier Ninja air fryer for $129.00 out of Ottawa, our confirmation #YFGKC1U4A. We were to receive it within the next few days. We have been sending them emails to find out where the air fryer is and they kept replying that it was delayed but would be shipped shortly. After sending quite a few emails to them, we finally suggested they reimburse us the fee we had paid and have heard nothing back from them since then. We have kept copies of all our email transactions with this company, just in case. We are seniors as well and this would have been quite helpful to us but to no avail. We now realize that this was probably just a scam to get our money as they charged our credit card right away so they are ahead of the game. This is truly a nasty way to get monies from seniors and they should be truly ashamed of themselves.

Ordered a drone from them more than 2 months ago , took the money still waiting for item , e-mailed them but all you get back is an AI generated answer , how come they’re even on trustpilot 🤷🏻

I ordered a scooter on 20th January 2026 and not even delivered took my money out of bank and now my bank is saying that I have to wait 90 days before I can claim my money bk

I ordered a two tier air fryer Nov 16, 2025. I have emailed them several times and it comes back as an automated generated email. They are nothing but scammers. It was to be a Christmas gift. I am a senior and on a limited budget. Shame on you!!!

What a company taking money from elderly people you will be old one day hope you get scammed by company's like yours

No response to chase emails after ordering an office chair. One week later and still waiting for some kind of response.

They Claim they sent my slushie machine it never arrived. They do not answer emails i had to report it as a scam. I lost 150$ to them!

Previously Olyc.com - dropshipper sending products from China. Products have no quality. Return policy is incompliant with EU law - they request you to send the products back to China and you need to pay the shipping yourself. In my case they refused to pay import taxes themselves, so the package "hasn't returned yet" based on which (according to their T&C) they don't have to pay you back.

In short: scam.
