I wish I’d seen these reviews before! I ordered a dress for a wedding and when it didn’t show up I emailed about 5 times over 2 weeks but heard nothing and no item, had to raise a dispute with my bank.
Nearly two weeks delivery. Cheap and poor quality material with weird fit. No reply when attempting to create a return (I’ve emailed 4 times now).
ITS A SCAM! Ordered this jumpsuit and its very poor quality. Trying to return but no answer. They keep changing companies and putting fake websites.
Horrible return process. Received the item without any label on. Tried on. Size didn't feel right. Been asking for the return over two weeks. Needed to upload all pictures to send over. Then no response at all! Never again. Won't recommend them.
I received my order and want to return it. No one is replying to my many messages through the contact form on the website or my emails. There's no return address or other way to find out how to get refunded, so I've disputed the charge with my credit card provider.
Wish I had realised it was a scam website.. it’s totally fake , the clothes are poorly and cheaply made , no response when trying to get a refund or return
Ordered the denmin jumpsuit for my daughter, size 6. The sizing is completely off, the jumpsuit itself is a different coloured denmin to what is on the website. The fabric is cheap and is poorly made. Also lots of trust pilot reviews on their website but none actually showing on trust pilot. Meaning the reviews on their website are fake!!! Have emailed Nottingwear for a refund, surprisingly no response. Do not buy from this site!!!
