I ordered torches from this company in Jan 2026 now April 9th 2026. I never got anything. they told me they were delivered end of march and gave me a tracking number. when i called my local post office the tracking number was for a package for someone else not even close to my address. the lady at the post office could see a pic of the package, which was not my torches. these people are for sure scammers. stay away
I would have given them zero stars but it doesn't let me. I ordered a cell phone clip for my car from them. $30 with shipping. After a month of waiting I contacted them. Their shipping company, 17Track, is absolutely the worst shipping company on the planet. Instead of delivering it to me, they delivered it to my local post office, according to their record. I complained to Noticeexert and told them the item was never received. They sent a second one to replace it. After another month, still no item. I complained again. After back and forth on email they send me a "proof of delivery" which consisted of an image of document that said I received it. No photo of the package at my doorstep. Just a fabricated document with my name typed in. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING! THEY ARE SCAMMERS! I'M REPORTING THEM TO MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. THEY SUCK!
I’d give zero stars if I had the option. This site is an absolute scam. Everything they sell is fake! Do not waste your money.
Scam. I ordered a retinol duo face cream on 2/1 and still have not received it and it appears they have charged me for a second order now tho the first one may still be in Denmark. Do NOT order from this site.
Scam - ordered Peter Thomas Roth and received a cheap knock off. Was offerred $2 for the inconvenience. Beware of this site.
