I needed some extra money for unexpected car expenses and couldn’t use my usual bank. The application was straightforward, and I finished it without any trouble. Having another option when I needed it most was a big help.

I was a little frustratred by the wait at first, but I understand that this service conncets borrowers with lenders rather than providing loans itself. Filling out one from was much easier than contacting lenders individually. My funds arrived yesterday, so i'm happy with the result.

my credit is bad so i cannot apply to banks and it's the right decision for me to try this. very easy to apply and user friendly website overall.

Giving 4 stars cause i was pretty irritated with the time i have to wait. took longer than expected. but u need to understand they are not lenders, but i don't have to apply to each lender for getting the loan myself. i just fill in only the 1 form and have offers from lenders directly. eventually i got the money i applied for so it worked out in the end.

Our experience with North Funding has been extremely disappointing.

Communication has been poor, dismissive, and at times outright disrespectful. When we tried to explain our financial situation and work toward a reasonable repayment arrangement, several of our requests for flexibility and clarification were simply ignored.

The original funding process also moved far too quickly for our comfort. From our perspective, there were still outstanding questions around the banking/Flinks confirmation and communication process, and we were expecting additional follow-up. Before we felt everything had been properly confirmed, the funds were already in our account. We attempted to cancel the following morning, but by then the money had already been deposited.

What has been most frustrating is the lack of empathy afterward. We are a small Black-owned business trying to navigate an already difficult environment, and instead of feeling like North Funding wanted to work with us through a difficult period, the experience has felt increasingly aggressive and transactional.

We have continued making payments and have repeatedly communicated that we intend to resolve the balance. Despite that, additional fees and amounts being claimed have made the situation significantly more expensive than we originally expected.

I would strongly encourage any small business considering North Funding to read every page of the agreement carefully, ask exactly what the total repayment will be, understand every cancellation and additional fee, and get every important detail confirmed in writing before proceeding.

Based on our experience, I would not recommend North Funding. We are now considering obtaining legal advice regarding the agreement, fees, and the way this matter has been handled.

Small businesses deserve clear communication, transparency and respect — especially when they are actively trying to honour their obligations.

I was going to get a loan for $2000. Everything about Garrett and Mr Denis sounded sketch. No one ever answered the phone with their company name. Having to pay an” insurance “ fee is ridiculous and not legal. I’m so glad I did not go with this company. Be very careful!

If there was 0 option thats what I would pick. Approved for loan ok. Then they sent me 4 payments to go and get gift cards for the insurance. Sent the cards (ya i know, stupid). Was called next day saying had to do the same thing since 'head office wanted different cards'. Didnt respond. Noticed they took back the payments they sent and mt account in massive overdraft. Thank god the bank is willing to work with me not against and returning nsf charges once theyre refused tonight.
Have changed user name and password with the bank and theyve been flagged if they try to get more. I wouldnt trust them to put out my maggot ridden garbage. Beware

This has scam from the first conversation with them ... never pay for a luan agreement up front

These guys are nothing but scam artists. They approved my girlfriend for a loan, they told her that they would be sending her the money. They sent 500 to cover the insurance, she took the money out and did what they asked her to do. Three days later there deposit nounced and my girlfriends bank account is negative. She tried calling to see what has happened and they have blocked her email and phone number. She used my phone number and they answered right away, she informed them that she had called the cops and they laughed at her and told her to go to hell, and said the law wont do anything. Stay far away from these thieves.

I applied for a loan, was accepted for 10,000.00. The funds were supposed to be sent within 45 minutes, then I had to be a security fee of 1200$ which would be reimbursed. I paid the fee, then I was asked for another 400$, because the fee suddenly went up to 1600$, I refused & I haven't heard from the "loan officer" since Saturday. My bills are now late! Who will reimbursed my 1200$ & where do I filea complaint???

Not sure if it’s the same NorthnLoans but it’ll be spelled like that or NorthernLoans runned by will and a guy named maverick they will get access to your account through a fake ibv and deposit a cheque that will bounce and try to make you spend it leaving you in financial trouble. And will never give you the Loan

So I'm not sure if this is the sam for 250, use 50 of it for your cab to the storee north n loans is how it's spelled on the letter head and directly below that it's spelled northern loans. Anyway Ronnie and Will seemed to good to be true. And then the whole were going to send you a deposit, you take it from your account and see deposit it in the local Bitcoin machine for your loan insurance, which will stayed on the phone with me for 45 min to get this done. This was Friday afternoon. After this is complete your loan for 5000.00 will be in your account in 45 min. Well three hrs later of keeping my kids entertained in the city with no money. Will says oh another 15 min youl have a smile on your face. Well the three different check deposits to total 250$ have all bounced my account is frozen my pay went in yesterday, I can't access any of my money, pay any bills can't even log into my account. Just recieve email notifications that my account is 267$ overdrawn??? 'i call Monday, I get the whole office is closed right now call me back in the morning bullshit. So will says we deposited the money on Friday?? Nope not a chance. He said he would get it figured out and call me back?? Now both him and Ronnie both ignore my calls. I even questioned the whole sending money to me to launder threw my account and was reassured they were legit and everything was going to be fine.
I know times are tough and people get desperate and panic. Just be cautious of these two!! My account is still locked and I'm really screwed now because of these guys

I APPLIED for a personal loan with this company ths way back in March. Less than 24 hours I rcvd verification through email.that I was approved for the loan i wanted .
I called and was told that I would recvd my money within 20 to 15 minutes, it is now April 14 and no funds yet. I have called over and over again same story
Would not recommend.

A company that is useful to all customers, and we also need such companies that are useful to all users
I recommend e>e company to all users for the quality of e>e company

This company really helped me when I was caught in quite the pickle, the service was fast and easy to acquire

Think twice before applying if you can repay the debt. If you are late at least one day, you will get a fee. But if you make payments in a timely manner you won’t have any problems
