The Northgate team came to assess our roof using a drone, which quickly and accurately pinpointed the issues we were experiencing. Scaffolding went up promptly, and the initial problem was resolved to a high standard. They also identified and fixed additional unknown issues while they were up there. The team was polite, professional, and provided clear evidence of the completed work. I’m really glad they were recommended to me – it was exactly the kind of experience I was hoping for!

Recommended to me by previous customer of theirs. Good communications, listened to what I wanted, and the quote was reasonable. Drone technology very useful and the photos also highlighted a problem I wasn’t aware of. Work started within a couple of weeks of the quote being accepted and, although took a little longer than originally expected, was completed to a high standard. Overall, the experience was seamless, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services.

The entire team at Northgate went above and beyond our expectations when replacing our kitchen extension roof and installing a velux roof window. From the survey , which included drone video and still photography, the quotation which was paperless and signed on line to the invoice , everything was uncomplicated and comprehensive. The installation team were friendly, polite and nothing was too much trouble. We can honestly fully recommend Northgate for any roofing issues. We are planning to fully replace our house roof in the near future and will be using Northgate to do this for us.

Northgate roofing always go the extra mile to complete the job.They use a drone and you get before and after pictures which is really helpful.The guys replaced some extra slates as well as repairing my valley and repointing the chimmney.They are polite and reliable and you can trust them to get the job done properly

I recently contracted Northgate Roofing Solutions Ltd for some roofing work, and overall, I had a good experience. The team was efficient during their initial visit for an estimate and provided reasonable timings for the start of the work, keeping weather conditions in mind. They were polite and kept my neighbors informed throughout the project, maintaining a high standard of work and leaving the site clean. I did appreciate their use of drone technology to assess the roof. However, there were a few hiccups with the guttering, which was a bit disappointing. That said, the team responded promptly to queries, and the friendly approach of Oliver and Rio was a positive aspect. I would recommend them but with a note of cautious optimism.

Incredibly prompt and reliable at getting out to the property to access the work required and his use of the drone and the resulting detailed photos supplied along with the quote were very thorough.

There was a fair wait of around a month for the actual work to be carried out but once the scaffold went up the job was done within a couple of days .

Its been 3 weeks now and the roof appears to now be completely watertight so a big thumbs up from me.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys at all.Finding good reliable tradesmen for any job is a minefield nowadays and they're going to be my first choice in future for any roof related issues.

An excellent and efficient first visit for estimate. Realistic timings for an immediate as possible start (weather dependent be realistic as to what is safe!). The team kept neighbours informed and happy every day on site - completed everything to highest standards and Cleaned up so well at end of job! Highest recommendation for polite and they do everything they promise in quote!
