If I could give this a negative star I would. However, we will keep it at one star, to match the Sheriff's Dept badge in which is awaiting your company.
I reached out to the information line to get a written policy in regards to the usage of the ON BOARD RESTROOM 🚻 for chartered events, as there was an incident regarding my MINOR 13 YR OLD DAUGHTER. When the person returning the email asked for more context, I gave it to her and poof ... like smoke I never heard from her again. When I called to get information on how to make a FORMAL WRITTEN COMPLAINT, I was told by JAKE that the lady I was speaking to via email is the VP MARY O'NEIL 👌. She hasn't reached out at all. MY DAUGHTER 13 YRS OLD WAS DEMANDED BY AN ADULT MALE BUS DRIVER TO CHANGE HER CLOTHES IN HER SEAT AND REFUSED ACCESS TO THE BATHROOM 🚻 UNLESS IT WAS AN EMERGENCY. Still at school, NOT MOVING, NO ADULT ON THE BUS AT ALL... MADE MY DAUGHTER CHANGE HER CLOTHES, SHIRT AND SHORTS ON AN BUS FULL OF 30 PEOPE AND HIS PEDO SELF... 👋 HI... IM KARA AND IM SUING YOUR COMPANY!!

Calling them greedy is one thing, but charging one way tickets from $15 to $35 while being well over 30 minutes late..suck. :] unreliable office number where they don't answer the call, no way to contact or stay updated on the delay. Not great at all. Some call it BAD

Update: I'm not saying $15 is bad, but silently increasing the price by $20 is unreasonable. Of course you have to compare it to Uber, but a coach bus holds more people in comparison to an uber, so net gain is still much higher for each trip for your company.

I was flying home for spring break on a late flight along with around 10 others and the bus didn’t show. Because it was so late the office was closed and no one was answering our calls. We weren’t ever given an update and after 45 minutes we frantically called around and only 4 of us were able to get a ride service. As far as I know an hour and 15 minutes after the bus was scheduled people were still trying to find a ride.

We hired two mini coach buses to shuttle guests to and from our wedding. Drivers were on time, friendly, and professional. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. Communication before the event was extremely smooth and clear. Pam was amazing and worked with us every step of the way to make sure we had what we needed for the event. Would highly recommend choosing Northfield Lines to anyone!

We had 5 buses and the 2 at usbank stadium left 30 people at our group I did not contact the person in charge. The driver said one guy let's just leave. Both buses were full and the other bus bus one and bus to the left while we still have 30 people at U.S. Bank Stadium go back to the hotel

Excellent, on time service. Wonderful driver - driving in the worst of Minnesota winter weather conditions all over the state, he got us where we needed to be safely. He clearly cared about his vehicle and his passengers. He was flexible, good sense of humor, and most of all, a great driver. Northfield was responsive to a few contract changes and very accessible to our phone calls and emails prior to the trip. And, they were very competitive.

Not sure why there are so many positive reviews planted; my peers and I all dread using this service. Bus times are quite inconsistent - you never know if it's going to leave one minute early or be thirty minutes in the late. In addition, tickets have gone up to double in the span of two years. If you don't get your tickets far in advance, you could be paying $50 for a round trip to and from the cities. One of my friends was stranded without a ride to the airport because *the bus didn't show.* Unfortunately, this is the only option for commuting to the Twin Cities outside of renting a car or taking First Choice Shuttle, which is even more expensive if you don't split your fare with other riders. Customer service is pretty absent. Adding a star for the friendliness of the drivers.

Our girls appreciated the services of their driver (Roger) who was professional and friendly.

The Castle Rockers Travel Club has contracted with Northfield Lines for many years for our members' bus trips. They are always on time, the bus is always spotless and the drivers professional. Angela has driven us on many occasions and we are always grateful and amazed at how she gets us through some tricky places so calmly! We would highly recommend Northfield lines.

We had an incredible driver, Jeanine, who provided impeccable service to our group but more importantly became our friend by the end of our week long trip. She was wonderful to have as part of our group and we would recommend her and Northfield Lines to anyone who asks.

We hired Northfield Lines to transport a wedding party and guests from a hotel to the wedding venue and back. Joni was very easy to work with. Very accommodating. We had to make changes from our original plan and we were told it wouldn’t be a problem. And it wasn’t. Wonderful driver. I would highly recommend them.

It was a great ride and we actually had one of our bridesmaid's father as the driver, who we already knew was a kind and professional person. Overall, it made getting around for our wedding a lot less stressful!

The Driver that took us on the trip was outstanding.. She was very attentive to the kids and was very polite to the staff that was on board.. The driver that picked up group at the school did not help load the luggage underneath the bay at all.
