Your company and staff are efficient, friendly and very thorough. I also love the fact you are locally owned and operated 🥰 I also loved the fact that Tara thought ahead and brought out the mini OxyGoFit for me to test. MediGas never did that for me or even suggested such a thing. No follow up there, which I think is important to keep in touch with your clients 😊

I received the very best experience while needing a last minute appointment they where able to fit me in that afternoon and all so excepted my status card for direct billing I left with my cpap machine that day and was given great training how to use it al so they followed up a week later to check on me how I was doing they follow my cpap machine numbers and give great advice on where I can make better use of it . Thank you so much for taking good care of me and my sleep apenia I feel so much better God Bless you all 😘👏♥️

Prior to finding Northern Respiratory Centre I had some very bad experiences with different respiratory company's. I have now been going to Northern Respiratory Centre - North Bay for years and have found Rob and the staff the most knowledgeable, friendly and patient people.

When having to lately choose a new CPAP machine, I found the staff very helpful and accommodating. They touched based with the local sleep clinic to convey my needs and test results. Follow up office visit was very personal with COVID regulations always in mind during the whole process. The clinicians did a home phone follow up to see how the new machine and mask were functioning. I was impressed.

Staff so far have been very helpful. Going in tomorrow to try a new style of mask as I can’t seem to keep this one on all night long. I’m hopeful that this process works. My husband has had a machine for years. My turn for it to work!

Went 4 years with an apnea machine and had no follow up since day 1; no one even contacted me when I didn’t use it. Been to Northern Respiratory here in Thunder Bay and they have followed up on several occasions.

The staff were very knowledgable and explained everything about my new CPAP machine. I was impressed when they called to check in a week after I purchased the machine to see how everything was going. We did some troubleshooting and came up with some solutions so that my CPAP would work well for me.

I gave the Thunder Bay Northern Respiratory team a very high grade for all of my experiences there. That grade has been honestly earned. They have been responsive to my needs and provided very thorough explanations to all of my questions. My experience with having my old equipment checked out and getting fitted with a new mask last year was a very good one. This year I needed a new machine and they went above and beyond to set me up with the equipment I needed. My face is a shape that is not well suited to full face masks and they have been very patient with me in finding one that works. They also have demonstrated a commitment to COVID-19 protocols that makes me feel very safe in attending my appointments. They have fully earned my 5 star review!
