Everything perfect
I had an Installation of solar panels system, and everything was perfect! From the start with the sale man Kash, he has been always available even now he is still available after the installation, he is still answering to all my questions and helping me ! He was brilliant ,He explained Everything to me about solar panels system! Now I have a good knowledge on it thanks to Kash! Then the installation team with Rudson was perfect too, they explained everything and left everything clean ! Many thanks to everyone!

From start to finish, Initial sales call to post installation, Kash has been excellent from Northern Gas Heating during my Solar Battery Installation. Can't thank them enough for a seamless installation process.
The install and setup was carried out by Suraj and Ravinder who were both also excellent, professional and friendly. Fitted my solar battery and Inverter, left the place spotless and ensured I was happy with everything before leaving, despite the wintery weather. Thank you

Had a battery storage system supplied never again with this company…
Had a battery storage system supplied and fitted some 18 mths ago of which because the pre survey was not carried out properly resulted in a change of battery storage system to Alpha ES to match up with my existing solar installation, recently 1 of the 5kw battery packs have failed and after 3 phone calls the company have not returned my call as was promised each time I called them, also my smart meter was changed and ever since I have not been able to get an 'export' read. When paying +10k for this install I expect better than this shoddy service

Regarding the battery pack failure, we appreciate your patience as we investigate the matter further. After a recent inspection with one of our engineers, the battery manufacturer has determined that the unit requires replacement. We have already raised a ticket with the manufacturer and are actively working to expedite the replacement process.
We understand that the change to your smart meter has affected your ability to obtain an 'export' read. Our team is currently looking into this issue and will provide an update as soon as possible.
We value your business and apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. Please know that we are dedicated to providing high-quality products and services. We will keep you updated on the progress of both the battery replacement.

Solar Panel and Battery
It's been a year now. I have decided to have renewable energy service at my home by installing a solar panel and battery system from Tomato Homes through Northern Has Heating. Kash was our first point of contact, and he has been very helpful from the first day to until now. He explained the timings with the DNO application and made sure everything was scheduled by the time the DNO application was accepted. Kash is my first point of contact when I face any issues with the system too he make sure he arrange everything for us to get it fixed. The after-delivery service is exceptional from Kash and I recommend you to contact him for some good deals incase if your planning to use them please.

G and Ben and Mo from Northern Gas came to my property and done an excellent job and they helped me guiding through operation of the app of both solar and EV I highly recommend the engineers for their hard and dedicating work and the knowledge they hold doing the job.

I have waited a year to see how the system has performed over a year and very pleased with it and it was down to the salesman kash who was there from the beginning and kept me upto date all the way along the process
And even now we still talk and he catches up with me to see how things are going and we are friends more than just a sales
This the difference because mist companies forget about you but kash never has

I’m loving my solar panels
I’m loving my solar panels, just now waiting for the sunshine! The install process was completed swiftly in 2 days and Kash went above and beyond being the salesman, he’s an excellent point of contact, helping to confirm dates and also supporting after installation in the evening when needed.

from may 2023 i’ve had a nightmare im sure northern are good heating company but they’ve bought an awful supplier in tomato homes for renewable energy when checking eating see those review about Solar energy

Scaffolders have broken more than 40…
Scaffolders have broken more than 40 roof tiles and the panel fitters have replaced 35 plus and run out of tiles but have not completed the works yet
The work has taken more than 3 months
Very messy workman ship
All work has had to be supervised
The 2 solar electricians G and Ben are nice lads but are focused on what they are told to do rather than the client ( they tried hard) but don’t do the quality that is required from me
It has been a hard road and still not been completed
Communication has been awful

Excellent Products & Sales Service
I have had the installation for just under two months now. The panels, inverter, battery and EV charger are of premium quality, I must commend Kash who sold the product to us, he tailored it to ensure it met our needs and budget. The surveyor, Connor was very knowledgeable and helpful. The aftercare and follow up was excellent. The product delivery itself is optimum in terms of energy production, consumption and export. I’m overall very satisfied.

Abortive solar panel/battery fiasco…
Signed a contract for solar panels and battery, and gave a £7K deposit in june and was promised a technical survey and install within weeks...
But 3 months later, after much chasing we still have no survey and they "discover" i have single phase electricity [which was evident in June];
2 weeks ago we asked for refund, but nobody responding ..

NEW BOILER
Having purchased our old boiler from Northern Gas 15 years ago, it was obvious that we would be safe to purchase its replacement from the same firm. We were not disappointed. Brilliant work from Mal, finished in a day with very little disruption. Excellent workmanship and attention to detail. Great Firm, good Technical Tradesman and first class equipment fitted enables us to award Northern Gas in general and Mal in particular a 5 star rating.

New Boiler
I had a new boiler fitted by Northern Gas Heating Ltd and my experience from start to finish was absolutely first class from day one.
Dav - Polite, friendly and professional in giving me a very competitive quotation specific to every aspect on my list of requirements. Great
Daniel - Courteous, friendly and very helpful when breaking down the cost and specifications and arranging payment schedule. Dan's customer service was excellent as I was treated as a valued customer.
Mel - An experienced and conscientious engineer whose bubbly, warm and friendly personality made for any enjoyable day installing my boiler. I felt totally at ease with Mel being in and around my house all day. Mel took the time to explain each function to operating the boiler once he had finished and made sure I understood all the information given. He tidied up after himself and respected my property. Perfect!
Steve - A really nice guy who gave me a curtesy call the next day to ensure that I was happy with my new boiler and everything was to my satisfaction, which undoubtedly it was. Wonderful Service. Thanks all x
Idealogic Boiler
Since using the boiler for nearly one week, I have to say, Its PERFECTION and I love it. So simple to operate and very economical as I am using less gas. I certainly would recommend this boiler for its efficiency and 100% recommend Northern Gas
