Top quality products. Fab customer service. Great to support small, independent businesses who do their best to provide an excellent service. I’ve bought about 5 items from them now and never had cause to complain!

You never really know what a company's like to deal with until something goes wrong. Unfortunately my order got lost, you know, stuff happens, no biggie.

What is important is how it was rectified, which in the case of Northern Garms involves an immediate response via email, and next day delivery for a replacement order.

In less than 24hrs of letting them know there was an issue I had a knock at my door containing the replacement order. First class.

Oh... and the Sherpa hoodies? Still the best I've found on the internet.

Returned hoodie for exchange on the next size up in February. Still no sign of the exchange item and after several emails they have all been ignored & not once replied. No refund at the least either. Very disappointed. A scam for sure if I must say. Wouldn't advise purchasing from this company.

Fantastic company, used a few times now. Quality is great, fits perfect and the service is top class.

Great quality and great value. Picked up 3 pieces so far, customer service was very quick at processing a return for sizing.

The sales are pretty good too.

Just a note on sizing they can be quite fitted especially the neck area, I personally would recommend a size up if you fall between 2 sizes. I do have a larger head but the hood is on the small side.

Bought a Sherpa. Own 2 of them now...Black and Ice. Love them! It's a touch fitted, which I like. The material is super soft and has a little stretch to it- so it's crazy comfy! Warm, too! Cold winter Arizona nights and this thing keeps me warm! I'm 5'9" athletic 170lb build, Medium fits perfectly!

Really great hoodie, warm enough to wear even in the snow, very comfortable and I will be buying again

Good: the joggers are fairly good quality material, thickness and comfortable. I'm size medium normally, I bought medium and large joggers, the medium are a snug fit on the lower legs and quite a pull to get them over my feet, they are slightly baggier on the thigh and a slight drop crotch area (all excellent for me). The large fit OK too, as I say, I have skinny legs but 35" waist so large normally is too baggy but it's OK still. Dispatch and delivery was good too.

Bad: the pockets are on the smaller side, a regular smart phone sticks out slightly and annoyingly falls out when sitting down. Sadly, lose a star or 2 for this reason. There's other brands doing similar design/style with large pockets.

Other: I also ordered a lucky bag for £12 and I received a t-shirt. Kinda paid for what it's worth really.. So a little disappointed on that front.

Well let me start off by saying I love these Sherpa hoodies. The are right up there with Northface. I started out buying 1 just to see how it was because you never know what you get sometimes online. Boy I am glad I took the chance. Now I own 4 of them . I even got my wife one and she loves it . Plan on buying a few more for her and myself next year since the cold weather is just about over here Texas. I will say this that the hoods on these sherpas is bulky and does not lay down like normal hoodie . That would be my only issue but I love them anyway!

I was shown Northern Garms by one of my friends as he had one of the Sherpa jumpers. I immediately had to buy one!
Fits great, very comfortable, very warm!
Can’t wait for my next purchase. Looking to try the jogging bottoms next as they look SMART 💪🏼.
