Another new clothing company that cheaps out in materials and then is almost impossible to get on the phone or email.

Do yourself a favor and buy from established manufacturers

First order with Northern Garms after seeing a FB ad for something I was shopping for.

Had a look at their website and decided to give them a go as the items seemed comfortable and what I was looking for at a reasonable price.

Having just received and tried them on I am happy to say I am very glad I took the chance as they are very comfortable!

Also, I made a small error in my original order and got in touch with them to try and resolve and having emailed late at night I had a response with them proactively sorting what I needed before I was even awake for my days work.

Pretty certain this wont be my last order.

Lovely piece of clothing for the price. Really is as warm and comfy as they look on the ads. Perfect for this time of year. Fit is true to size. I'll definitely be buying another.

Placed an order in error. It was cancelled in minutes after I contacted them immediately. Waited over a week for the refund and was only partially refunded. Contacted them and apparently they don't refund the bank transfer cost.

Awful scamming company, I have watched my boss fight with this company for days getting no where.

They are refusing to refund for his items and also sent DPD round to his house in a aggressive manner.

I have never seen a company act like this before and does not seem legal the way they acting.

Please paying customer avoid this company

Definitely happy with my purchase.. Delivery, was timely...Fit and feel is comfortable, warm being 6'5 and 185 lbs. XL was a great fit in arms and length in overall fit. If you are considering this for a holiday gift maybe DONT HESITATE ! .... A perfect gift for any outdoors man or great just to be cozy and comfortable around the house... Highly recommend 👌🏾

Don’t usually by from Facebook but really liked look. Got an ice colour hoodie. Most comfortable clothing I ever bought. Never take it off at home. Good fit and v good quality. I will get another in cream.

I ordered a Sherpa hoody for my hubby yesterday, paid for express delivery, was delivered today by DPD. Hoody is lovely, looks really nice, fits perfect and is good quality. Will definitely order again

I recently purchased an item which was lost at the courier I contacted Northern garms about this and they have swiftly dealt with the issue and sent a replacement the contact and customer service was absolutely fantastic when dealing with this matter

Don’t offer a refund on discounted or sale items, so you have to basically aim and shoot and hope their size fits , they offer a store credit instead of which is useless as their clothes are tight fitting not regular fit as per description , I ordered their biggest size joggers and couldn’t get past my calves as a moderately muscular guy , so now I’ve just wasted £26 with a store credit which can’t be used as their clothes can’t fit me

Great Garments quality and 👌🥰 they fit really well - I’m a small and I often find that the small sizes are often too big for me from other companies 😊👍

I love the designs of the cargo and bottoms and have purchased over 5 of the cargo and track trouser's.

Great brand great quality, I have many different items now 7 joggers 1 cargo 2 Sherpa and will be many more adding to my collection, if you haven’t bought anything yet then don’t hesitate I’m a medium and very fussy when comes to clothing and fit but none of the items have ever failed to fit perfectly, the wash quality is perfect and haven’t faded which we are all worried about but honestly can’t be more happy with all my items.

I bought 3 different cargo pants. All were true to size and the fit is great. The material is very flexible so it won't restrict your movement. Customer service was also friendly and quick to reply to my emails.

Absolute quality sizing has been perfect even went for the mystery packages and got another 2 pair of cargo pants which was a total bargain , got 3 hoodies on the way so looking forward to them arriving
