The crew was great. Very pleasant to speak with. They had it up and going very quick.

Installers were great. quick and explained things well. The financial side was a little frustrating, weather I missed some information or if it's just how things work but after they got everything installed on the roof the financial people called me every day saying they needed a hole bunch of other paperwork that I wasn't aware of. They didn't speak good English and called me multiple times through each day. Other then that everything was great

Extremely expensive $65.000 for 14 panels roof mount only 7.5 kw system. This should only be approximately $14.000 No battery back up 0% for five years than prime or even higher interest. Difficulty in tracking them down to cancel. You have only 10 days to cancel as per Alberta Consumers Act. Be assured much better company’s and $40 grand cheaper It actually took five days to cancel lots of phone calls and finally Jordan from finance completed our cancellation

All was good except communication, until the end of the process we always were wondering how things were progressing along. My wife was most concerned to the point she started thinking we were being led down a garden path with.

Over the period of time I had more sales people contact me to see if I would be interested in the program

Toward the end communication was stronger and all finished well.

The solar club sign up was quick and efficient and the rates are great for gas as well as power.

I would say these people were fantastic until the money changed hands. Then that was the end of it. My system has been installed for two weeks and it’s not even turned on every time I try to get a hold of somebody I get an answering machine with no callback, I wouldn’t recommend this outfit to anyone totally disappointed.

Our Solar Panels was installed way early than expected. The installation went well and very professional manner . Crews was very polite in providing information and knowledge for the client after the installation.
Alex presentation was awesome giving us a peace of mind in signing the Agreement of getting our solar panel.
