I had a serious problem, see my previous review, which did not initially get sorted
However, Joey contacted me and we got everything sorted including the refund I requested.
So all is well
We bought it as a present for an elderly guy's birthday from this company.
Sadly, our friend passed away before he even opened the box.
Still in pristine condition but they would not accept the return.
Was told they could not check electrical items. We bought him a DCC unit for his model train layout.
After he died, and he had no family, we started sorting out his belongings.
We found this present still in the original box.
He only had it less than 10 days before he died.
Absolute disgrace. So be warned that their returns policy is not as clear cut as they try to make out.
I bought a box of Spacenam reptilian overlords. The postage box was in good condition but the box for the miniatures was crushed, the inside of the box had traces of mold, and the sprues were bent. I tried to contact North East miniatures twice through email but received no answers.
