Great plan…
It's great to have something mapped out for you everyday. And it takes such a short amount of time. I have done a lot of Pilates classes, so I'm familiar with the moves, but I would never be able to put them in a beneficial order. Love it

Poor choice - The app does not function properly
The app does not function properly. The screen goes into sleep mode every 10 seconds, so instead of doing exercises you keep unlocking the screen. The issue is with the app, and not with the phone settings.
As for the exercices, they are good, but the time practicing one is relatively short. Until you perfect your moves, you have to move to the next exercise.
Poor choice.
