Shem and the team are always happy to help. I've had an issue or two, and Shem is so prompt at providing assistance..even when it's just me being a muppet. These guys are quick to reply to messages, and even hooked me up with a couple extra tins when they didn't have one I'd ordered. I'm reviewing after my 2nd order, and I'll guarantee I'll be ordering again. Only improvement I can see that would make any difference for them would be emails with tracking once the orders been shipped, but shy of that they have some of the best customer service I've encountered.

I recently ordered 4 containers of nictotine pouches, was contacted to ask if one of my 30mg containers could be replaced with 2X 15 mg containers & one of my 15mg mg be replaced with an alternative flavour. I was more than happy as I wasn’t to fussed with flavour, I spoke with Shem and Shem was very nice and After being so nice, even chucked in a free container that is actually one of if not my favourite.

I’m so grateful to have felt with Shem and such a fantastic and kind company, not only that but I was fresh of of vaping and smoking and these arrived the very next day at about mid day and I ordered them the night before at about 6 so shipping was 10/10 customer service was 10/10 for the first time in 6 years I have gone 5 days without vapes and cigarettes thanks to this company.
