I loved this course. it was very challenging and interesting. I loved the teacher as they were very understanding and always willing to help out. I would definetly recomannd this course to anyone.

Great journey and experience
Well structured course that covers all the needed areas in personal training. I've had a good experience in the learning journey with amazing people always there to teach and help with the subjects.

Chasing Dreams
I have always wanted to become a personal trainer it was a dream.
I remember when I contacted for better information about Nordic Fitness Education. I got an answer immediately told me that the first course starts after the weekend which was in 3 days.
I'm so glad that I signed up - I learned a lot on this journey, especially with the help of the teachers.
Now I made that dream come true, by becoming a Nordic Personal Fitness Trainer.

Recommend this course to all health and fitness professionals
I liked the structure of this course and the information presented. Especially, I found it useful the quiz after each module, you can see how you progress and if you felt weak somewhere, you could adjust accordingly. For me, I would say it was plenty of time to finish it. I think I usually spent between 20-30 hours a week, and that included: listening to the recommended books on Audio.
I recommend it to every health and fitness professional.

The Sleep Recovery Specialist course was great! It was put together in a format that was easy to follow, informative, and practical. It used multiple forms of learning styles to make sure that I could maximize my studies and I would highly recommend it.

The sleep recovery specialist course is a great course for those looking to add knowledge, skills and abilities to their work in the health and fitness industry. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience on this course, I felt the content was very detailed but so interesting and relatable to both sporting performance and all levels of training. I felt well equipped to go out and hold my own in the PT and gym environment because of the assessments and information I had received! I would recommend this course to anyone who really is serious about entering the world of PT and fitness!

Sleep Recovery Specialist - an excellent course that was enjoyable as well as highly useful for myself and clients!
The Sleep Recovery Specialist course was excellent!
I particularly enjoyed the method of teaching, combining the lecture presentations with the online tutorials. The content was useful and informative and extremely relevant to improving the lives of the clients I work with.
I have implemented a lot of the teaching into my own sleep routine and I don't think I've ever slept better. I'm looking forward to putting everything I have learned into practise with my clients.

Thank you for the feedback that your learning experience was not quite what you expected. We tested the video sound levels at 50% after reading your review and found the volume levels to be good when listening using earphones. Also when we checked your completion checkboxes, they appeared to be showing just fine on our admin end. Sometimes the pages take a minute or two to update the completed checkboxes once a video has been watched to the end. We are pleased you liked the sleep course content. We always seek to make sure that the quality of online delivery is maintained at all times. Well done for completing the course and getting certified.

The course content has been an absolute credit to me and my clients.
Without helping to manage sleep, everything else becomes considerably harder.
With both written and video learning, with regular exams to help retain knowledge, I can’t fault the actual learning process.
