Dear Karl,
Thank you for your review.
We're sorry to hear that you had a bad post-purchase experience, but we did write you back on all your emails right away. As mentioned in the emails we were out of office the following week for an exhibition and weren't available at the phone for that reason.
We apologize for that.
Have a great summer and please do give us a call or a send us a mail if you have any other inquiries.
Best regards
Andreas, Nordic Clays

The product is amazing
The product is amazing, and the service is even better—congratulations! I'll soon be buying a second one, and maybe even a third, so we can organize big hunts. On a scale of 1 to 10, I’d give it an 11.

The customer service Andreas provided was top-notch. I was having a problem with the second clay, not launching .I contacted customer service and they responded immediately. Andreas sent me a troubleshooting list which I went through, but it turns out I just really needed to clean the cylinder where the clays all loaded. I never got back to Andreas to let him know so far the problem has been solved, but he in returned emailed me to follow up and make sure my trap master was working. That’s good service.

I rate you with 5 star because i believe that your product and idea behind it deserve it . I live in a place where the nearest clay shooting yard its 350 km away.Beside the distance i always funded issues, to many people, no clay in stock , broken machine for 2 month etc ... So with your products i just beat the system :) .
Unfortunately i did not have the time to use it a lot because of a charging issues that the product has.
Concerning that i have to say that was annoying and probably bad luck for me, but Andreas answer to my report ticket even on a Saturday afternoon and from there he relay manage and professionally handled all the arrangements to the repair shop and back to me .

Dear Davide,
Thank you very much for your kind review.
We're very happy to hear that we helped you beat the system, so whenever and wherever you are you can practice clay shooting.
We hope you will have a lot fun with our brand. Have a great weekend sir.
Best regards

Not impressed
Delivery was slow, the product was well made and did fire the clays quite a distance, was good for teaching my son. It is very noisy and the clays are easily blown around if there is any wind. I did try cancelling my order as it was taking a long time to be delivered but was told I would lose £120 if I returned it. A few months after I bought it I started getting emails saying I need to pay a customs payment of £120
All in all for me an expensive mistake
Stick to your local clay ground

Dear Elliott,
Thank you for your review and we're of course very sorry to hear about your experience.
I would like to add a few comments to your review.
Our clay thrower system was created to get as lifelike a clay target as possible while at the same getting prepared for the real bird hunting scenarios.
We promised 3-5 business days delivery and lived up to our part. Since your order was placed Friday (3/3/2023) after our shipping deadline, it was shipped the following business day, 6/3/2023, and delivered 5 business days after on the 13/03/2023.
As for the customs payment, we did inform you during checkout, at the basket and in your order emails. That you would be charged 20% VAT from the UK customs since we were not VAT-registered in the UK at the time. Moving onwards we've just been VAT registered in the UK, so our prices are all inclusive now.
As for our return policy at the time, we can only refund the order amount and not the UK VAT charge. (We explained this to you per mail as well.)
Thank you and have a great Sunday.
Best regards
Andreas, Nordic Clays.
