They advertise 272 diodes , we pay $300 for it and then they send 72 diodes cap only and suddenly their customer care doesn’t bother to reply

Highly Disappointed – Refund Guarantee Not Honored

I had high hopes when I signed up for Nordic Biolabs’ “120-Day Guarantee” stem cell hair regeneration program. I followed the protocol meticulously, even extended my trial by an additional 60 days to give the product every opportunity to work. I documented my experience with regular photos and monitored my progress closely.

Unfortunately, not only did I see no positive results, but I actually noticed increased hair shedding during the course of the program. When I reached out to request the full refund that was advertised as part of their 120-day money-back guarantee, I was met with vague responses and was told it had to go through a “review team.” I asked for transparency around this review process—who they are, what criteria they use, and timelines—but received no reply.

I followed up twice for an update on my refund request and have been completely ignored since. The lack of response and accountability is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Nordic Biolabs invests heavily in marketing their “scientifically backed” results and glowing testimonials. But when the product fails—and in my case, seemed to make things worse—they go silent and do not honor their own refund policy.

Consumers beware: this company’s guarantee appears to be nothing more than a sales tactic. Proceed with caution. My experience suggests this is more about marketing hype than actual science or customer care.

It is unfortunate to fall prey of companies that "attract" you with the guarantee enticement, to then leave you stranded with no protection. Another Chinese venture masking itself as a CA company but with zero customer support. Do not venture down this path.

There are many reasons to stay away from this product:
1. The Guarantee they "offer" means NOTHING because they do not stand behind it; so do not order thinking you are dealing with a company that values integrity because they do not care.
2. If you want to return the product for refund they make it nearly impossible (long dragged out emails, regurgitating the same non-sense until they give you a Chinese address to ship to at your own cost). Good luck.
3. I had a skin reaction immediately and not only they would not refund the first shipment but they sent 2 more charging me again though I stopped the subscription.
There is so much more to say but this should suffice for now to stir you far away from lousy marketers. If I could give it a zero stars, that would be my preference.

I ordered the product it came in glass vials very difficult to open that broken my hand and cut my hand.
I wrote to the company to cancel the subscription. nobody answers except a robot named Hannah.. who did not acknowledge the problem and sent me the same letter over and over this company seems to be a scam run by robots.dangerous product aswell

Ordered the stem cells hair growth kit, thinking this was from a reputable company under a similar name, after checking out I realized my mistake and immediately trued to cancel. Literally minutes after. They ignored my requests and then sent me a tracking number and said to cancel was impossible as its already shipped. Which would have been impossible timing wise. I asked to cancel and refund, they offered a 50% discount and i could keep the product when it arrives or i could send it back for a full refund. The second option obviously would make no sense since that is at my cost. So i accepted the 50% discount. Never received my money back. Just received the product today however i am not going to use it as its from some unreputable chinese company. Who knows whats in it? Over all poor customer service, super shady and i made a mistake ordering this. Don’t recommend it.

After two months of waiting for my order (first order) and four notices that my product “shipment was on its way”, I never received the order. Know, they are fraudsters and should be avoided at all cost!

1) Shipments come from China so forever for first shipment and the monthly renewal does not actually happen since the next package does not reach you until 2-3 weeks after first package is used up

2) 3rd shipment - what was supposed to be 2 types of product had same product in all viles even though named differently.

2) After this I cancelled my script and they told me to send back the order for refund. They also sent me another shipment and charged me again. Now I had to PAY for and return the items. I mailed them back to CHINA on Mar 31. They have been sitting in CHINA customs since April 12th (today is May 8th). Nordic Biolabs will still not refund me over 200 pounds until they receive it from CHINA customs. Terrible company to do business with.

4) I wish I would have kept 2 samples to prove it was some type of baby oil.

Got stem cell solution 3 months ago. It does not perform miricles but it actually works well. I see a significant improvement.

FINALLY, a product that works. Just like friends, GENUINE Co's are few & far between. The SECRET I've learned is PATIENCE. After 2 months the Hair Salon Owner notices some new follicles on top of my head. 2 months later, she now sees small hairs. I am on the right track. I can't see a difference, but she can. I AM PLEASED & Hopeful.

Nordic Biolabs are scammers based in china. They claim 100% success with 100% money back guarantee. Don't fall for it like I did. Used their hair growth formula for 120 days with no results. Asked for refund. They then offered a 6 month stem cell solution with the option to still get my money back if it didn't work. After 6 mos it still didn't work. Asked for refund. They said that since it had been 8 months since my initial purchase and that I had not reported any problems, they were no longer under any obligation to give me a refund. I told them I that had indeed reported several times that it didn't work. They just blew me off. I have reported them to the FTC. Total scammers.

can I leave a No Stars reveiw? this company is a chinese scamming company. they say they offer a full refund, but you have to return te product to china which costs more than the product. they know this when they offer their "no questions asked refund". what a load of crap. I contacted them literally 10 seconds after i got the notice that they were shipping the second set of product. I had never opened the first one so i sent an email IMMEDIATELY canceling . they told me they couldn't cancel it but I could return it when it arrived. I find only disreputable companies act like this. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I have used the cap for 6 monts now, and the stamcell’s for 5 monts. And I can see clear resultats. My hair is much tikker now, and i looks more Healy. But the cap, they sent me, is to smal for my head. So i have asket for a larger size, they say, that they will send me a new cap as soon as possible. I am looking forward to that.

I was allergic to the product. The company refused to cancel my next order and now to return it I have to pay the shipping to send to China. Such a scam!

I have read all the negative reviews but, I have never had any issues. The product definitely works. My hair is growing back nicely. The customer service is also very good. From my personal experience, I highly recommend this product.

I started using the laser cap and Stem Cell 2.0 product from 5 months ago, then just made my 3rd order. It improved the condition of my scalp and noticed reduced falling hair. Though I understand that visible results may take time to take effect but I feel that it would bring positive results based on the current condition of my scalp.

Didn't work for me. Was able to cancel subsriction though..
