I have already written a scathing review. I am now trying to find out how to make a return. Each email contains a load of waffle but no details of how to download a return label nor which outlet to take my return to. I shall be contacting my bank to report a scam. I have no intention of spending any more time as this has involved weeks of waiting for delivery and several hours of my time. If you cant be bothered to help me to do a return then I cant be bothered to make it. Offer of a discount on my next purchase is a joke as I shall not be making another purchase.

I would give this company a minus score if it was possible. I to was fooled by the lovely looking website when the items arrived they looked awful nothing like the website pictures, the shoes are not suede as advertised and the cardigan looks cheap and nasty. I am trying to get a refund and return the items but keep getting the same email apologising but with no details of the return process. I would definitely NOT recommend them and urge people to avoid this company..

I was fooled by the misleading name of Norbury LONDON, I ordered 2 dresses in different colours at a cost of £80. I became suspicious when they hadn't arrived after a few weeks. When they eventually arrived the material was cheap and full of static, literally made your hair stand on end.
When I asked to return them was initially persuaded to keep them, which I refused so was told to return them to .... China !

I was still believing that they would be honourable, so I did return them at a cost of £30, so now I am down £110.

The parcels just sit at customs uncollected, therefore they can say they have not received the return.

Do not fall for this crazy setup.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Call themselves Norbury London but when they send dresses which are nothing like the photos to advertise, the only way to get a refund is to return them to CHINA!!! Fraudulent scam. Please don’t make the mistake I did. Dress coat £39.99 cost to return £35! Dress sent was cheap and nasty. Photos and wording of advert are complete rubbish. They should be ashamed. Poor quality clothing and a disappointing experience overall. My order arrived much later than expected, and by the time it was delivered I no longer needed the outfit. I requested a return on the day of delivery, but was met with a lengthy back-and-forth email process instead of a straightforward return.
At no point during the ordering process was it made clear that the items would be shipped from China. Norbury explained that only their customer support is based in the UK, while their fulfilment and logistics partners are located outside the UK. This was not made clear during the ordering process, and consumers are not adequately informed about these arrangements. As a result, returns can be very difficult and potentially costly for customers. Due to these concerns, I have informed Trading Standards.

Incredible advertising but completely false. VERY cheaply made, not even a label in it. Fabric is cheap. Took weeks to arrive and Returns process is non-existant in my experience.

Not based in the UK which is why I purchased it I’m sending the returns. It is to China and they want you to pay for the shipping back which is usually the price of the item which is why I wanted uk based?
It is false advertised. I do not think the company exists at all based in China.

Where to start? I placed my order on 13 May, it arrived on 8 June, which was too late as the items were needed prior to delivery.
From their website pictures you are misled into thinking that items will be delivered from London. It is only on closer inspection, looking at the cars, for example, that you realise it’s a foreign country, most probably China.
The two items I received are cheap and nasty. One, a padded bag depicting a Yorkshire terrier, is very basic and not worth the £30 I paid. The blouse is made of a cheap man-made fabric and bears very little resemblance to the photo online. It’s meant to be white but is greyish in appearance, and the sizing is completely wrong; 12/14 would easily fit a UK size 16 if not bigger. Again a waste of £30!
Please avoid this company at all costs. I just wish I’d seen the reviews before placing my order. Having now read other reviews I am left wondering how I’ll get on trying to get a refund. Wish me luck!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company is an absolute scam and I urge anyone considering ordering from them to think twice before wasting their money.
I ordered a dress for a wedding and, being pregnant, finding something comfortable, flattering, and suitable for a June wedding has already been stressful enough. When I came across this dress online, I genuinely thought I’d finally found the perfect one. What arrived was nothing short of shocking.
Firstly, delivery took over 3 weeks, despite the website suggesting otherwise. Then when the parcel finally arrived, the dress inside was COMPLETELY different from the photos advertised. The colour was vaguely similar, but the style, shape, material, and overall quality were nothing like what I paid for. It looked cheap, poorly made, and is certainly false advertising.
The worst part is their returns process, or lack of one. Trying to send the item back has been impossible.
Please do not fall for the fake photos and misleading advertising like I did.
Avoid this company at all costs.

I would give zero stars if it were possible. Took weeks for delivery to arrive. Items look nothing like the pictures. False advertising. Quality is beyond awful. Returns service is equally dreadful. Companies like this should be banned from trading.

This is a fake website advertising good-looking womens fashion, but in reality, it's a cheap Chinese knock-off outfit. I ordered a dress for my wife, and it looked great on their website. It was delivered today and its made of cheap fabric and is a poor fit. There's lots of dodgy sites like this advertising on Facebook so before you buy check Trustpilot for reviews. You'll save your money.

Wish I had looked out for these reviews before I purchased!

The item has taken over 3 weeks to arrive. When it did, the fit was awful and the fabric is scratchy and stiff. Nothing like the images shown in the website.

I have emailed for a refund but have heard nothing back.

Wish I'd read these reviews before ordering!!! Do not in any circumstances use this company! I ordered what looked like a gorgeous summer jumpsuit. Took 3 weeks to arrive, material and fit are terrible and there is no chance of return. TOTAL SCAM :(

I ordered a dress from this website, site is called Norbury, London, however the garment came from China. The dress I received was shoddy, badly designed, and made, the material was appaling.

Less than one star! Quality is awful and I complained that the garment was faulty so I should not incur return costs - which turns out are to China! No response from the company and no refund for me

Do not use ! Total Fraud.
This company is based in China not London.
Quality of clothes is terrible, you have to pay a high price to return to China and they most certainly do not refund you when you return.

My wife was also scammed by this company. Please avoid - they are not based in London, they do not send anything like what they advertise (just very cheap rubbish) and by all accounts almost impossible to get a refund.
