Worst experience ever.. These are low life scammers. Do not purchase from them

I ordered a jacket on 8th December, but I have not received any updates so far. Despite sending multiple emails, I have not received any response. My refund has also not been processed yet. This is extremely disappointing, and I cannot trust this company due to the lack of communication and support.

I eventually received my order but it was too small so needed to exchange. Absolutely no response to emails. Complete sham of a company

I ordered two coats 12 December saying 48 hrs delivery nothings came & when I track it’s getting packaged for delivery hopefully comes but looking at reviews doesn’t look likely

Fake and fraud, order it and you will get nothing

Absolutely disgusting I ordered and paid in full for a jacket back in November the company emailed to say the item was in transit however I have never received it they have only once responded to an email to apologise however a further 4 emails later Iv been totally ignored

Do not use this website. I ordered on the 30th November and it said it was being sent via Royal mail 48 tracked. No reply from emails. No tracking information. Then I saw reviews on here. Tracking info finally came through a week later for some Swedish courier company but it didn't work. I claimed my money back through my credit card. Order never did arrived and no reply from email. Don't waste your time ot money.

Fake website fraudsters !!! Donor fall in to it and buy anything is fake as Fcuk!

Dam! Think I may have been scammed too. I ordered twice in November and still no products have arrived.
I emailed them twice before purchase and they replied instantly but when emailed about delivery no answer.

Ordered 16th of Nov, its now 7th of Dec. No replies to emails and no updates on order.

Have gone through my bank, got a instant refund.

Is this a genuine shop?
I ordered on the 1st of December and it was 24hr tracking, I didnt receive tracking number, all I have is an order number. I sent an email, no response. Money was taken, I think I have been scammed.

Disappointed I ordered two items on 22nd November, now 5th December. Supposed to be 48 hours royal mail tracked. Minimal reply to emails, still no update on items. Yet £86 been taken. When following tracking brings up a Swedish shipping company, not royal mail. When I enter my email / phone number it says no parcel
