No Ordinary Moments

No Ordinary Moments sent my Moksha out on the 31st. The courier, Evri, got it on the 1st and that’s where it stayed. I never received it.

However, I contacted No Ordinary Moments Nov 28th and they sent me a replacement First Class Post and it arrived on Tuesday! The customer service is exemplary, the product is heavenly and my gratitude is abundant!

Honestly best customer service I've experienced. They accidentally sent me another product but sent out the right package within the hour and let me keep the package I received already!

Thanks guys! ❤️

Chris was super helpful when two of my deliveries went awol (with Evri). He was kind enough to reorder a third time. I am very grateful for his kind offer and trust. I really like my Moksha Coffee and cannot buy a similar product elsewhere, so I am a very satisfied customer. 😊

I love the moksha drink which I tend to have as an afternoon drink. It’s a soothing, calming coffee alternative, with added superfoods which I make with oat milk. Highly recommended

Fantastic product, fantastic customer service. Excellent nutropic and decaf alternative - not faux coffee, but beneficial and has great taste (nice use of lucuma).

Very informative, good offer, good product

Love the moksha! Delicious and helps me feel alert and keeps my stress levels under control. Brilliant brand and service :)

Lovely drink, lots of energy and clarity. Great with oat milk.

No Ordinary Moments is a fantastic shopping experience. Not only are their products a new revival of goodness but they also top the charts on customer service, meeting a very high standard.
They provide a very personalised service, interacting personally with me through their email contact.
I would thoroughly recommend No Ordinary Moments, Moksha is a very calming yet invigorating product, I love it at any time of the day !! Thank you NOM x

Lovely personalised product.
Taste good.

Very prompt delivery, and I appreciated the personal note hand-written inside the package which I felt showed genuine conviction in their products and a wish for customers to get the most out of them.

the company are so customer centric. the products are wonderful

Communication and delivery were perfectly done. Really personal feel and always updated. Super fast delivery.
I'm not sure I'll use the product every day. The ingredients list is impressive, but taste wise, it's not my (personal) favourite.

I absolutely love Moksha and the other products made by No ordinary moments, the mushroom tinctures are also incredible. Moksha offers a gentle transition from coffee and it actually helps work better, I feel more focused and proactive. So yeah, I'll order some more!

The delivery was fast, top rate customer service, the product excellent...5 stars all round

Bought one originally on amazon loved it that much I wanted to purchase more, takes a while to get used to but it's the best on the market

My experience of NOMs has been amazing!
It has healed my symptoms of IBS. It has also supported me in my struggle with anxiety.
NOMs has become my
'go to' friend, for improved gut health, and in so, healing my mind.
I recommend 👌 🧞‍♂️🦋

Beautiful mushroom coffee. This tastes divine. The coffee was delivered with a personal message, a frother and a sample of lovely postcards - what a lovely surprise.
I am very happy with the coffee. It is simply delicious. Highly recommended

This is such a gorgeous coffee alternative, it tastes so good. I mainly drink it with milk when I'm looking for a special treat, rather than buying a coffee shop coffee.., this feels more nurturing.
