Luisa has been amazing. I can’t thank her enough. I’ve had a tough time with breastfeeding (low supply and difficulty with baby latching). The support she offers is invaluable; from tongue tie assessment to position advice to the follow up check ins with no judgement, just support. I’m now 5 weeks post partum and still breastfeeding which I wouldn’t have been without Luisa’s help. I can’t speak highly enough of her. Thank you so much!

The procedure went to plan and Luisa spent time explaining the aftercare and making sure with both felt happy with her service. Amazing service! We used No Milk Like Mamma's twice with our little one. First we saw Luisa for a tongue tie assessment and division, she was brilliant. Luisa was able to see us really quickly and was kind and understanding during our appointment, I felt very supported and listened to. We also then saw Sian a couple of months later when our little one was still struggling to gain weight. Sian was also incredibly helpful and kind and she helped us to come up with a feeding plan that worked for me and has helped me to continue my breastfeeding journey.

After 8 months of struggling with my little boys severe reflux and being ignored by many healthcare professionals I found Luisa. She confirmed that I had been right the whole time and he had a tongue tie. Although Luisa felt it was best that he was seen at the N&N for the procedure, she couldn’t have done anymore. She contacted the appropirate team and pushed our referral through and we were seen within 2 weeks for the procedure. I can’t speak more highly of her, the compassion and care she has shown me and my son is unmeasurable. She’s listened when nobody else wanted to help me, and still checks in with me now! I honestly am so grateful for her professionalism and kindness.

The service she provided was fantastic - Luisa is so knowledgeable, kind and made us feel like our son was in expert hands. Luisa Lyons is an absolutely amazing lady she has made me feel at ease and sure of what I had been feeling, she has helped myself and my little lady and the after support so far has been beyond what I had expected, if you need help or reassurance this lady is fantastic, very professional and yet makes you feel relaxed and calm in a very stressful moment in life

Luisa is very supportive and reassuring and listened to everything that I said. I was made to feel heard and she had so much knowledge and advice which I was able to take home and implement. I would recommend to anyone struggling with feeding.

We have had lots of issues regarding my daughters feeding and reflux since birth. However after being told by two health visitors that my daughter did not have a tongue tie, we finally got this investigated by Luisa. Luisa diagnosed a tongue tie (as well as an high palate) and this has since been released. My daughter has gone from being sick 10x a day to 1/2 with most feeding issues resolved. Without Luisa this would have never have been addressed. She was extremely empathic and compassionate during the consultation and had an amazing manner with my daughter which kept her smiling throughout. We could not recommend her or her service enough and we are so grateful for all the advice and support she provided as we would never have got to this result without her.

I can’t recommend Luisa more highly, she was fantastic with our little one. We got in touch as our daughter wouldn’t settle at night and was constantly feeding which was becoming more uncomfortable. After contacting her we quickly got an appointment in less than a week. After confirming her tongue tie was quite severe it was recommended to operate, this was never forced upon us and other options were given. The op was quick and professional and we only had a couple of cries from little one. Her latch was immediately better and more comfortable to feed. That night she settled and fed well every couple of hours. We are so pleased with the improvement in our daughter and the service given by Luisa.

Luisa was fantastic with my little one. I contacted her on the Friday and she was fully booked for a couple of weeks but didn’t want to leave us waiting so she done all she could and organised us to see her on the Sunday. When we arrived she was professional and took her time without rushing us and didn’t push us to have the procedure done. She advised we give Enzo a week to grow because he was so small and would rather him have the chance to get bigger than have his tongue tie done as it was only borderline. She gave me lots of advice and support regarding breastfeeding. She followed up with lots of messages after our appointment to see how he was doing. After my midwife appointment the following Thursday and being told he wasn’t gaining enough weight etc I contacted Luisa back and she got booked in for the Monday. We went again and she was supportive, informative and again advised against procedure because there was lots of improvement and Enzo is now gaining good weight. She wants to help and be supportive she is not after your money. I would highly highly recommend Luisa to anyone who needs help with tongue tie or feeding support.

After my little one was diagnosed with a tongue tie and struggling to lose weight I decided to look for a private treatment rather than wait for an NHS referral. I quickly came across Luisa online and booked, being lucky enough to get a same day appointment. Luisa was welcoming and couldn’t have done any more to make me feel at ease and explain the process. I didn’t feel rushed or pushed into making any decisions that I wasn’t comfortable with. The procedure made almost an immediate improvement to feeding and within 2 days my baby has already put on 130g. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to anyone.

After struggling with breastfeeding and getting my son to gain weight I contacted No Milk Like Mamas for support. Despite them being incredibly busy, the lovely Chloe managed to find time to see me the next day.

Chloe was incredibly knowledgeable, kind and helpful. She listened to me and my concerns, checked baby's latch, positioning and mouth for tongue tie. She was able to answer all my questions and talked me through techniques such as paced bottle feeding. We were then able to come up with a plan to help increase my supply and ensure baby gained weight. I can't thank Chloe and No Milk like Mamas enough.

I booked to see Luisa following reccomendations from a friend & Sister in Law. Our first baby was in hospital for 8 days, 4 days on NICU. He was only gaining weight in very small ammounts and i always felt that he wasnt getting enough from breast feeding alone and although the care given at the hospital was great, i always felt a pressure that it was breast or nothing. We discussed feeding options with Luisa, told her what we had been doing to build our baby’s weight and at no point did i feel judged or pressured. Luisa also carried out a details Tongue Tie assessment. luisa explained everything in detail & created a feeding plan for us to use going forward. We reached out to Luisa after other professionals wouldn’t listen to my concerns with Florence’s feeding. At this point she was 12 weeks old and was being treated for CMPA and reflux. Still her feeding problems continued she was still only drinking around 2oz sometimes 3oz at a push but was so unhappy crying before, during and after feeds. We saw Luisa the same week we contacted her at the comfort of our own home who immediately saw how restricted her tongue was. She was the referred urgently to NNUH who also saw her the following Thursday and carried out a division. It has only been a week and a half and Florence is now drinking 4-5oz and also back on normal formula and off her reflux medication. I am so glad I found luisa and reached out as Florence is thriving and the happiest I have ever seen her since she was born. I can’t thank Luisa enough for all she has done for our little Florence.
