I recently purchased a product from Noluma through Yoox, but unfortunately, it was defective: 2 sneakers are from the same foot, they are Premiata sneakers. I have contacted with their Customer Service through Yoox, with Yoox Customer Service, in several times, but nobody gives a solution, they were not helpful and refused to provide a refund. As a customer, I feel cheated and disappointed by this experience. It's unacceptable for a business to sell defective products and not take responsibility for their mistakes. I would not recommend purchasing from this shop nor in Yook, advise others to be cautious when considering their products. As I can see I am not the unique person cheated for Noluma.
