After payment was made, the agreed service was not delivered as expected. We requested a refund, which was not processed. Communication became inconsistent and eventually stopped altogether.This situation has caused financial loss on our side. We strongly advise others to exercise caution and carefully evaluate the risks before engaging with this company.
We are currently reviewing the matter with our legal advisors.

We were lured by cheap ad accounts and the promise of having a CRM system. We decided to test their accounts for a specific segment of our clients who are looking for low-cost, lower-quality ad accounts.

Unfortunately, from day one, every single account had problems. These were not just “lower quality” accounts — they were completely unusable.

This Italian-operated company refused to refund $1,300. After initial communication, they stopped responding entirely and ignored refund requests.

No accountability, no solution, no money back.

Expensive lesson. I strongly recommend staying away.

Fraud company, never send them any money, as you never see the money back.
