Great communication, always quick and really trying to help you, If the product doesn't work, they keep trying to find a better formula until you're satisfied.

Non-invasive skincare (which Lumin isn't), great feeling and pretty impressive results.

I've used Luminskin for at least a year and developed dry skin patches that itch and the cream seems to make it worse. I had to compliment with bepanthen and other things only to fix the damage lumin products caused.

Approaching 1 month with Noie now and my dry patches are completely gone, my skin looks great and I'm getting a lot of compliments for having "perfect skin".

Highly recommend Noie and regret that I only discovered it after a year of Lumin.

Sad I can only give 5 stars.

Jeg har virkelig sensitiv hud, og har aldrig rigtig haft held med at finde en hudplejeserie der passer til mig (og tro mig, jeg har prøvet mange) - MEN jeg har nu prøvet de anbefalede produkter fra NØIE i to uger, og indtil videre er jeg MEGET positiv overrasket. Min hud har taget så godt i mod produkterne, og er allerede blevet mindre tør, rød og irriteret, så jeg er håbefuld og tror på min hud med tiden også kommer til at se lidt bedre ud. Lige pt er det i hvert fald lovende🤞🏼
Derudover er der service virkelig fornem, og deres abonnementsservice super brugervenlig!
Jeg kan kun anbefale alle - særligt dem med problemhud - at prøve NØIE. Jeg har ikke fortrudt 😍

The customer service is always the best. They are helpful with every issue and are vey kind. In the past I also used their advice while choosing a product and their knowledge was very insightful. Also I use their products for more than a year now and it helped me calm my skin and feel more secure about it. I highly recommend!

Amazing results!
I started using NOIE because I was struggling with adult acne and nothing I tried worked. After 2 months of using these products I was hooked. I have been acne free for over 6 months with only small breakouts that are quickly healed. The customer service is also great, I have had only one issue with an order and it was quickly solved with friendly service!

First i stared using cream, that wasnt right for me and after using it the skin got worse .But after conversation with team, a new cream (with different formula) was suggested by them and it have already helped me with the dryness and breakouts and skin’ve got better. Grateful🤗✨

Jeg fik valget, om jeg ville prøve nye, eller have mine penge retur. Sikke en service. Prøver selvfølgelig de nye og håber de passer mig lidt bedre. Awesome customer service and great products. I’ve been using Nøie for some time now, and I’m truly happy to have found a company who delivers great products and also helps me with advices when I need to update or change my formulas. Oh, and my skin is doing so much better now a days.

Beside that the product is perfect for my skin, the team is always helpful.

I got severe acne since I started working in my mid twenties. I tried multiple (dermalogical) treatments, but nothing helped. I started Noie in February 2021 without high expectations, but I was so surprised to see the real improvements on my skin. Almost 2 years later, I’m still a happy Noie user. I love the customer care, who is a real person, very fast at replying and really thinks together to find a good solution. Thank you Noie for your great formulations and great organization overall!

Super god og hurtig service! Jeg har et par gange haft lidt svært ved at hitte ud af, hvordan jeg genbestiller, da jeg skulle genbestille til min mor samvittighed - der kom svar med det samme, og servicen var bare i top!
Jeg tvivlede på i starten, om der virkelig fandtes et produkt, der synligt kunne bekæmpe knopper / urenheder, og jeg må bare sige, at det gør der! Har holdt pause et par gange på ca 3-4 uger, og hver gang er problemet kommet tilbage i løbet af pause.
Kan varmt anbefales!

I've been using Nøie products for a few months now and I am really happy. I had been dealing with some acne and black spots which others products didn't seem to fix. Although I still deal with some skin issues my skin looks brighter and smoother which makes such a difference. Looking forward to use more of their products and see how my skin gets better.

The products are fantastic, my skin improved so much! It used to break out a lot more, plus the routine is super simple now, and even if I need to travel it's easy to manage. Customer care is wonderful too, they always reach out and are so nice, I think I can really call them my friends <3
