I had wedding flowers that did not appear to be in great condition by the time I sent them off as they had been placed on a grave initially. Nogard creations did a beautiful job and we are all so delighted with the finished heart resin . It does take awhile for each stage of the process but well worth the wait and Laura kept me up to date along the way and also answered any messages I sent her timeously.

I found Nogard as I wanted to preserve some of our wedding flowers.
I left it a bit late and some of the flowers were a bit worse for ware, but they did an amazing job with drying and preserving what they could.
They regularly communicated throughout they drying and manufacturing process and provided updates if I asked.

It does take a while however to receive the finished items, talking 5+ months, but that is to be expected.

I forgot to review at the time in 2022!

Really disappointed with both the timeline and the quality of the product.
The process took 9 months, and this was not made clear at all when sending the flowers.
Also, the key chains we ordered were put on chains that are not strong enough for the heavy resin. We had to have them re chained as they were likely to snap.

Update- I am glad to hear you have made changes. Due to the lack of communication during the process, we did not expect feedback if we emailed to complain. I’m glad to hear future customers will not have the issues with key chains and hopefully updates will be clearer and more regular.

I wanted a to find a way of preserving my wedding flowers. I found Nogard Creations on line and instantly liked the choice of products they made, all totally individual and unique. The communication with Laura was great, she kept in touch at every stage as the process as it does take a while , and even a discussion about which flowers would work the best and options before the process. Our paperweight is beautiful and I will cherish it forever, just being able to still enjoy my flowers makes me smile. Packaged beautifully and I couldn’t be happier- thank you Laura and Jamie x

We wanted a way to preserve our wedding flowers, as we were straight off for our honeymoon and didn't get time to enjoy the flowers after the wedding.
I found Nogard Creations, and loved the idea of preserving them in different formats. We bought our initials and some coasters and when they arrived, I am very impressed with the quality and the flower showing in the resin! Absolutely beautiful! The packaging was lovely and made it special opening. Now they are proud of place!! As preserving flowers take a while, we did have to wait a long time (9months) for them (they kept us up to date with progress reports throughout). It was definitely worth the wait as the quality is amazing!! Would definitely recommend!

Please look into other 1 star reviews for this company, they are scamming many buyers! They are a scam! This company had ALL of my sentimental wedding flowers and I never received any items back from them. 6 months on I questioned where they were and just received very aggressive and rude messages back from Laura. The customer service is APPALLING, I was told they would simply 'dispose' of my wedding flowers if I was to contact Etsy. They scam buyers on Etsy by marking the items as dispatched when they haven't been, so that they do not have to refund or even deliver the items! I spent a lot of money on these and no items or refund ever received. Please please please avoid, there are much more legit companies out there!

Ordered as a Xmas present for an elderly lady. The colour of the flowers in the coaster are an exact match for her lounge. I know she’ll love it.
