Fastest Online Purchase Ever
Fastest and easiest online purchase I’ve experienced ever. And the product (phone case/wallet) was as shown on the website.
Although there was a bit of colour description discrepancy. Product picture looked like a mulberry colour, but was described as red, so was happy to receive the mulberry colour phone case. However, I would have been happy with either one.
Definitely worth the 5 star rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wrong items received, but corrected
Ordered for a specific oppo find n2 phone and receved items made for a Samsung z phone.
I contacted the seller and they replied that an error was made and the correct items would be shipped to me. Not heard since. Time will tell.
UPDATE: The company stood by their promise and replaced the screen protectors with the correct ones swiftly and at no extra charge.

Issue with Goods description
The listing included my model however it didnt fit and the description on the box used slightly different language. After some disagreement back and forth they have communicated they will accept the refund without charging a restocking fee and provide a return courier bag.
I will update my review again once the return process has concluded

Purchased a Ulefone Armor 28 Ultra…
Purchased a Ulefone Armor 28 Ultra around 3 months ago. Never owned a rugged phone before so was a little skeptical and curbed my expectations but have been pleasantly surprised. The phone arrived over night and the performance has blown me away. A bit on the heavy side but that makes sense with the rugged nature. Very happy customer so far

Seriously, Don't bother…
The last phone I ordered from them lasted like six months. My coworker and I both got phones from them and both phones ended up with massive issues within the first couple of weeks. Then I ordered another Rugged phone and it took them 3 days to tell me they didn't have it in stock. This company is super lame.
