noblechairs Recensioni 

I purchased the noblechairs Epic Compact TX Edition chair about two years ago for my son, and I’m still very satisfied with the purchase. The build quality is solid, and we haven’t experienced any issues with the chair so far.
My son uses it daily and is very happy with it, both for gaming and general use. It also fits nicely in his room—the design looks great and doesn’t feel bulky.
Overall, it combines good functionality with durability, making it a great long-term choice. I would definitely recommend it.

Hätte ich gewusst, dass noblechairs in Deutschland ausschließlich über Caseking vertrieben werden, hätte ich den Stuhl niemals bestellt. Caseking bietet mega schlechten Support bei Problemen und verlangt Apothekenpreise. Als Sahnehäubchen wird dann leider auch auf UPS als Versanddienstleister gesetzt. 1-3 Werktage für die Zustellung wird nicht eingehalten. Bin sehr enttäuscht. Mit noble hat das wenig zu tun.

Update 18.06.25:
Der noblechairs Support antwortet erst auf mehrfache Nachfrage und am Thema vorbei. Unterstützung bekommt man keine. Bei einem Preis von fast 500€ erwarte ich eigentlich mehr als das Mindestmaß an Support - aber nicht mal das gab es.

Update 02.07.25:
Nachdem der Stuhl knappe 2 Wochen bei UPS rumgegammelt hat und weiterhin keine Unterstützung von Noblechairs kam, habe ich über die UPS hotline eine Verweigerung der Annahme und Rücksendung zu Noblechairs veranlasst. Der Stuhl ist nun seit über einer Woche wieder bei Noblechairs - eine Rückabwicklung aber weiterhin nicht in Sicht. Auf Anfrage beim Support kam nur wieder übliches BlaBla. Mega schlecht! Kann ich wirklich in keinster Weise empfehlen und ist bei den Preisen der Stühle einfach nur noch peinlich.

Update 10.07.25:
Auch weiterhin reagiert Noblechairs/Caseking nicht. Mir wurde zuletzt gesagt, dass die Abwicklung BIS ZU 14 Werktagen dauern kann. Die sind nun rum, eine Rückabwicklung erfolgt weiterhin nicht. Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen, woanders einen Stuhl zu kaufen. Hier hat man nur Ärger und am Ende keinen Stuhl.

Very expensive chairs but not great quality, so far I have had two sets of arms rests due to broken mechanisms, one new seat base due to metal wire poking through the leather and cutting my leg. One failed seat damper.
Now the replacement seat base has cracked on the edge, which looks like plastic to me and not leather.
Of course it's out of the two year warranty. Very disappointed.
