£8 lost due to poor sizing – not good enough
I’ve ordered from Nobl a few times now and the biggest issue is their sizing, it’s really inconsistent.
I’m usually a small, but the cardigan I ordered came up too tight, so I’d need a medium. That’s fine in itself, but the problem is the cost of getting it wrong. I paid around £4 for delivery and then another £4 to return it, so I’m £8 out of pocket through no fault of my own.
I understand they’re a smaller business, but when sizing is clearly inconsistent, it doesn’t feel fair that the customer takes the full hit every time something doesn’t fit properly.
It’s made me think twice about ordering again, which is a shame because I do like the brand. But long term, this kind of experience will put people off.

Big fan of NOBL
Big fan of NOBL. I’ve bought a lot of pieces over time and most of my outfits are now NOBL head to toe (it’s all I buy). The quality is consistently spot on & clean, smart styles that are easy to wear and fit really well. So many of the pieces look effortlessly good together. No flash designer logos, just a solid go-to clothing brand that works.

Eventually, top quality customer service.
My item went missing for over a week. At first zero customer service interaction. Then the owner actually got in touch, apologised for poor time to reply to online messages through their website, made sure the item arrived next day. Eventually could not fault the response.
I have a few Nobl items at they are all smart and top quality. Especially at the price.

This is a fraudulent store
This is a fraudulent store. They don’t have stock, but still take payments and stall endlessly. My order was never shipped, and I had to initiate a refund through my bank. They reply politely, but only make empty promises.

NOLAN TEXTURED ZIP POLO
NOLAN TEXTURED ZIP POLO - very smart and comfortable piece of knitwear. I usually size a snug medium, however I came up in a Small for this brand. Did require a size return which was handled promptly and efficiently.
Would recommend the company and the brand in future.

Quality Brand
