Nobel made our international move from the US to Germany stress-free. Unlike horror stories I've heard, there were no delays, no broken items, and definitely no extra charges popping up. Their staff was professional and friendly, handled our antiques with care, and even followed up after delivery to make sure we were settled. Great family-owned company!
Nobel Relocation has been handling our overseas shipments for about 15 years, and I am extremely happy about it. The people in the office are great to work with, and we always get compliments on their crews. Very few claims - and that's important.

Solid service for regular shipments. Been using Nobel for about six months to get products to my Puerto Rico customers. The consolidation model works well for my business since I'm not filling entire containers. Transit times are usually what they estimate, maybe a day or two longer during busy periods. One suggestion would be better tracking updates, but overall the service does what it promises and the rates are competitive.

Great experience shipping household items. I needed to send several pallets of furniture and household goods from Orlando to my family in Puerto Rico. I wasn't sure how the whole LTL shipping process worked, but the team walked me through everything step by step. The pricing was fair for sharing truck space, and my items arrived in good condition within the timeframe they quoted. Appreciated the patience with all my questions as a first-time shipper.

Reliable freight service for my online store. I've been shipping inventory from Miami to San Juan for my retail business for about 8 months now. Nobel has been consistent with transit times and their consolidation service saves me a lot compared to what I was paying before. The team communicates well when there are any delays, and they handle all the Jones Act paperwork which was confusing when I tried to figure it out myself. Would recommend if you're shipping pallets regularly to Puerto Rico.

The company is completely unresponsive, don't give updates on shipment and don't reply to emails or calls. The overall shipment process took 2 or 3 times as long as originally mentioned.

My relationship with Nobel Relocation was not direct, they were only subcontracted by Air7Sea to pick up our belongings in Florida, but thanks to their understanding, professionalism and willingness to help us we were able to recover our cargo, after being scammed by Amoov Group for a USA-France relocation. Nobel Relocation through their team (Adam Vaittsman and Yaniv Dalei) although they were not paid by Air7Sea for their services either, they were so patient and cooperative that I can only thank them. Our belongings were stored for 2 months in their warehouses and were in good condition. Thanks to Nobel Relocation our nightmare was limited to the loss of 6270 USD, but we achieved what most scam victims suffer, the loss of their most precious possessions, those that cannot be replaced. Thank you
PS: Run away from Amoov Group and Air7Sea.
