I had found out that no7 had a separate website and warehouse to boots via a facebook ad. I was after the large no7 calendar which was sold out on boots, but still had stock on this site. Ordered no problem, checked out with PayPal for buyer protection. Was sent a tracking code a few hours later, it arrived the following day packaged well.

Two stars is generous for what I’m about to write,
12 years I have been with you and it's been amazing till now how could you replace the ingredients in the early defense day cream! And not to tell me about it I found out by my face turning into spots and pimples that I have never had, it cannot be a coincidence that your new product then helps spots and pimples! I now have to go out and spend money and time in research on finding a new company for all of my products I use from you which is about 9 every three months! I am absolutely furious and to anyone else having sudden skin problems if you have your old bottles compare the back before you waste a week thinking everything you might of done different! 🤦🏻‍♀️

I have been buying perfect and protect skincare range for over 15 years. Now they have taken away the top cap on the glass pots and when you open a pot it is all over the place. So you have to scrape it off the sides to use. If I am paying £26 for a day or night cream, I expect it to be at the very least level in the pot when I open it not all up the sides with a jagged well in the middle. Who thought up this " cost cutting" exercise? Well they are obviously not paying good money for a product that resembles one from Lidl. I am looking around for a better quality brand for my well earned money.

Absolutely incredible! I went to the Skipton store and Alice performed a skin analysis using this quick technique and a specialist, handheld, digital machine. It gave instant results and I have combination-(oily/dry) skin. It also measures pores, aging and skin tone for foundation.

Alice didn’t just push a single line of products onto me. She went through it and created a tailored skincare plan for me. Then she did my makeup. She’s so knowledgeable on the skincare and then talented with the makeup! She’s funny, friendly, polite and incredibly bright!

After I took my makeup off later that evening my skin looked and felt amazing! I then used the Hydra night cream which my skin soaked up like a sponge. I did two applications! I woke up looking 5 years younger.

I can’t rate or recommend No7 or Alice from the Skipton store any higher!

I'd heard all the hype, but I really didn't like this face cream. I used the full pot which lasted about 6 weeks. It was greasy and didn't sink into the skin and was not great under foundation. I tried to keep it away from my eyes, but after 20 mins or so, it would migrate into my eyes and make them sting. I didn't notice any benefits compared to my usual Nivea day cream (which is about £3). I did submit a review to the Boots site (same details as above), but it was moderated and was not published. That makes me much less trustful of Boots going forwards as it shows they only publish the reviews that they like.

I recently brought a no7 eyebrow microfiling pen, initially thought it was great however I’ve had it for a month and it’s stopped working, have looked on line for instructions - should I twist, pull, push ??! Nothing and the colour has vanished??! Any help would be greatly appreciated

I ordered for the 1st time last night but then came across reviews and decided to cancel this morning. I was told that the order had already entered the despatch process and could not be cancelled. I checked and payment had been taken even though the company clearly states that payment will be taken 'at the point of despatch' my order has not yet been despatched and I have not received an email advising of same yet payment taken. Can't get satisfactory answer to my questions on this. Avoid!!!!!

I wasn't sure if this website was genuine at first as I've always shopped at Boots, but it looked genuine and I saw they had some good reviews.
I'm not sure why the majority of reviews are so poor on here though as my experience was a good one.
I signed up to the emails as you get exclusive offers sent to you which I thought was really good.

cancelled order with no explanation! What a faff this website is, avoid!

Very disappointed with all three of the products in this range, it made my skin feel sore, slightly itchy and skin looked slightly reddish.
I used to trust all boots skincare products, never had a bad reaction to any of them.
In addition it smells very ‘chemically’, I have reverted to a differeny brand

I WANT TO GIVE A ZERO RATING!! THIS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! I ordered 4 products, all which were terrible quality. I filed a complaint and request for refund and 16 days and 8 messages later and I am still getting the run around. They keep telling me "quality control" will get a hold of me! BS They have a strict 14 day return policy, but have no problem keeping my $ for as long as it takes for them to figure it out.( which feels like it will never happen and i'm pretty sure I've been scammed!) I have filed a dispute with my Amercian Express Card. Ironically, I only tried the product because of an Amex rewards incentive for buying online. What a huge mistake! Every other cosmetic company I have ever needed a return or refund from helped me within 24 hours! Some even say keep to the product and refund your money or send you an exchange of some sort. NOT NO. 7!! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU AT ALL!!! GREED AT ITS FINEST! How has this company stayed in business so long?! I'm VERY angry! I can complain to them until i'm blue in the face, I can ask to speak to a supervisor and there is never one to talk to! There is no recourse unless Amex backs me up so I can get my $68 back!

No 7 have hyped up their latest renew creams. I (foolishly) put my faith in their claims about these so called amazing creams. I find them horrible and my skin reacts badly to them. I have to wash the day cream off. I consider it robbery that Boots have no complaint and refund policy for cosmetics. I am left with cream which is nothing like their description

I would avoid this website completely I made a next day delivery order and checked out as a guest the money came out of my account but I received no email confirmation the parcel then did not arrive and when I called customer service and told them what had happened I gave them my details and they tried telling me I’ve given them the wrong address and they couldn’t give me any information and there was nothing they could do I’m still trying to get a refund now

Her knowledge, understanding and customer service was and has always been second to none. She's an asset to the No7 brand and Boots. Avoid avoid avoid, if I could give no stars I would. I will definitely be purchasing from Boots in future. This is the second consecutive order that I have had to chase when next day delivery didn’t happen. They are now telling me payment hasn’t been received for my latest order, when it’s showing as paid in my bank! I now have to wait for it to be processed apparently before they will dispatch!! I don’t think so, fortunately I paid by credit card so I’ll let my bank sort it. Keep your goods online No 7, I’ll shop at Boots.

Do not buy from this company. Buy direct from Boots stores.
Customer service based in US and blamed everything on the system. Used words "no, unfortunately, can't'

Buyer beware as they are con artists….Would give them a zero but no option… ordered product online next day delivery on Monday this week… still not dispatched customer service lied first time and said it was dispatched and gave me a fictitious tracking number then today said problems at warehouse but was getting prepared… challenged fact they did not have in stock to be told oh yes we have 47 in stock… more lies then gets a customer service manager whom cannot give me an assurance on dispatch… refused to let me make a formal complaint

This is the second time I have ordered items and each has arrived within a few days and well packaged. Great offers, great website, great customer service.

Horrendous customer service. I received my item which was a bundle of skin care products. When I unpacked it the eye cream was open at the end that should be sealed. I’m not prepared to use something on my eyes which could be contaminated, not sure how long it’s been open for, and it’s impossible to get the product out of the tube at the correct end anyway. I wasn’t able to get any sense from the chat facility or over the phone as the operator just said I needed to return the whole thing! So I completed the contact form as instructed, and a week later I’m still without any contact or a resolution! I wouldn’t care so much but the products aren’t exactly cheap! Never again!
