BEWARE: Fraudulent website

I placed an order on the 17th March, No7 confirmed it was lost on the 23rd March and said they would process the refund.

Today is the 18th of April and still have no refund, despite pages of messages on their online char of me chasing this and several phones calls.

This is a fraudulent business that is in serious breach of the consumer rights act. Their customer service are evasive and liars. There payments team are not contactable by the public(!)

Do not trust them with your money.

I was gifted the new good intent skin…

I was gifted the new good intent skin care range for Christmas. I love it so much and have had many compliments on my skin asking what I'm doing. I decided to treat myself to more of the range. I ordered direct from the website. Royal mail contacted me to say something was wrong with my package. I contacted customer services. I received an email back the same day and my new package was only a day later than original delivery was expected. Great service and would definitely recommend the new skin care range.

Never used no7 site it’s awful I’ve tried making an account was a absolute nightmare couldn’t do it never received my free gifts after spending £150 couldn’t use discount code then the product received was damaged customer service useless can’t even explain complaint procedure or how long this will all take to resolve

Possible dramatic reaction to Future renew. Be Careful!!

I bought some future renew night and day cream. I use both morning and night, appropriately. However, last week I went to remove some hair from my jawline, forgot to clean my face and applied regular hair removing cream likely to my jawline. This part of my face went immediately bright yellow and I mean bright, it was almost luminous. I wrote a note to the website, and they weren’t interested they said it was an issue with the retailer. I approach the retailer in my local town and they weren’t interested either as they said they’d never had a problem with this cream and they offered me my money back. I attempted to explain that I didn’t have a problem with the cream but I did have a problem with the reaction which was fairly severe, and that perhaps a warning should be on the packaging to avoid using and to be very careful to clean face before attempting any hair removal. I forgot to clean my face because I automatically apply the day cream every morning and I wanted to remove my facial hair early evening. So there must’ve been a slight residue of cream on my face. I tested the hair removal cream against other brands, and it was absolutely fine. There was no reaction. The reaction with the number seven future renew day cream was dramatic. I’m not looking for compensation I just think that there should be a warning on this packaging because somebody in the future could have a really bad reaction not just sore dry skin like me. A little bit of involvement from either the retailer or the web would have been good, but I didn’t get it. This is why I am giving a one star review. Beware anybody who wants to use this cream and just be very careful.

I ordered on line ant the website was easy to navigate.
I wanted to tell you how good your products are. I am 77 and have used Olay for many years. I would occasionally try another brand, but always went back to Olay. I decided to try No7 and was so pleased with the results. I am Now a No7 customer. Thank you for making great products.

No ResonseWell I was on the site all ready to…

Well I was on the site all ready to check out securely with 1 item, and suddenly there were 3 more on my order. I was not able to change, edit, cancel or anything else. You have no one able to help with this. I never finished the order or said to use my credit cards. This happened before and it affected my credit. I was willing to forgive once, but twice is not ok. I still don't know if they were bold enough to use my credit cards. In any case I am going to cancel AGAIN, and hope there are no fraudulent charges. You lost a good customer, I would appreciate a response from somewhere about any charges that you may have made I don't want to have to call my credit card company AGAIN and be embarrassed AGAIN.

Rubbish ordering service

Thought I was buying from a reputable safe company-my parcel was delivered to Belfast when I live in Essex. Whenever I input my postcode it defaults to Belfast-contacted customer services and they refuse to accept responsibility/replace/refund.
Feel like I’ve been mugged off

Stay Perfect metallic eye is a waste of money

I bought teo No7 Stay Perfect Metallic Eye Pencils. Both failed to operate when twisting the end to extend the pencil. No interest from No7 when raising this issue and Boots won't refund without receipt so me the customer has to bear the loss. If it was just one, I would let this go but when the same problem occurred twice, I would have hoped for a better response. A simple pencil that can be sharpened would be much more reliable but these are no longer available. Very disappointed in both the product and the lack of help by either company in putting this right!

Really poor.

Really poor.
I've ordered twice from here.
Both times on a next day service but neither time it arrived next day and when I've emailed them both times, absolutely zero response either time and absolutely no apology
Appalling.
Shame because I love the cream but would rather spend my money with a company that respond and value their customers and that isn't No7. Rubbish!
The last order was my last one with them. Going elsewhere!

No7's new future renew, Dont waste your money

No7's new future renew, the new wonder cream!! Am I the only person that thinks what a load of rubbish and a total waste of money, if anything it made my skin look 20 years older!!
Total dried my face out and the day cream was so thick it was like putting a sun block on, it left a white greasy film that took ages to rub in.
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
