Not age appropriate

I think it’s safe to say that the Mystery box is a product mostly aimed at kids. Taking that into consideration, maybe it would be an idea to ask your customers how old they are before sending them an energy drink that’s not recommended for children (or pregnant or breastfeeding women) and two bags of something that looks like little bags of weed (thus making drugs looks cool, interesting and likable). My kid that ordered it and got those items is 11. Not ok.

Risposta di Noprob Candy

Dear Masha,

I’m sorry your not pleased with your mystery box.
But on the product at the website we mention that the products are chosen random and that means it could be every product. It’s not my responsibility to know how old my customers are, they order a mystery box and this box contains all kind of random products. The only thing customers can do is mention details on the order like: no drinks or no energy drinks. As long as there is nothing mentioned at the order I can chose every product I want to add to the mystery box.

Regarding to the “weed” on the package is really clear mentioned that it is chocolate besides that it is an extra item that is put extra on every order. I don’t normalise the usage of weed and it’s clear it is chocolate and most of my customers like it.

Kind regards, Noprob Candy

Geweldig
