My friend and I travelled to Italy in March/April of this year. We used NoKetchup to organise a week for us within Puglia, a region we had little knowledge of. We were blown away by all aspects of the tour. From being collected in lovely roomy transport which was always on time to the lovely hotel with the most attentive staff to the daily check in from our tour coordinator everything worked seamlessly. Our local tour guides were excellent and we had the best experience we could have hoped for. Thank you to NoKetchup for a very personalised tour. We cannot wait to return again.

I had such a great experience with Alessandro and No Ketchup. I'm usually pretty confident planning travel without any help, but I decided to use No Ketchup upon recommendation and I'm so glad I did! We worked with Alessandro and No Ketchup in 2024 to plan several days of experiences for a large family trip in Umbria. We had three generations of family - children, adults, and seniors, all with different needs - some experienced travelers, some traveling for the first time.

Alessandro planned wonder trips for us, handling logistics and bookings, and crafting itineraries that balanced culture, history, food, and engaging activities for the children.

The excursions included a guided group trip to Assisi. Alessandro accompanied us and was incredibly knowledgable and engaging, mixing history, local tradition, and humor. He arranged an incredible local guide, who lectured and guided us through Assisi, and even delivered commentary on Saint Claire through a feminist lens: unexpected, and a true delight.

Alessandro also arranged for a day at winery and a visit to a small village and medieval festival, where he guided us through the streets, got the children engaged in local history.

Lastly, Alessandro brought a small group of us to Carsulae, a Roman ruin, where he personally knew one of the archaeologists currently conducting research. With Alessandro, we were able to walk right into the archaeological dig area, where Alessandro translated for us as we spoke with the professor about the area where they were digging.

Throughout the several days with Alessandro, I noticed that he treated the vendors, service providers, drivers, and locals around him with the utmost respect and professionalism.

Alessandro and No Ketchup created lifelong memories for three generations of our family. They are thoughtful, respectful, and inclusive. I would trust them again and again whenever we visit Italy again.

Alessandro IS No Ketchup! He was so attentive in all aspects of planning our week in SanGemini and accompanied us on our day trips, arranging everything from tour guides, winery visits, sheep and goat farm, nature experiences and of course reservations for restaurants and ideas for time on our own. He was in the Mercedes van with us on our trips, telling stories and by the end of the week he was family. Umbria became a part of our hearts. Since we are educators, we asked to visit a school and he was able to arrange it within a few hours.
We saw how he attended to other clients as he was traveling with us. He problem solved and made it look easy.
We will be back and Alessandro will be our first contact.

To be honest we couldn’t fault Alessandro and his team, Communication was excellent. All the guides were always prompt, safe on the roads, courteous, extremely helpful, friendly and always willing to share their experiences and knowledge of the areas. No Ketchup arranged all the details for our 10 day driving tour around Sicily. Alessandro was an absolute pleasure to work with during the planning stage, no detail was too small to arrange, changes accommodated as they arose. Private car rental, all our accomodation, entry fees for various attractions/sites, annd private guides who really knew their stuff. And all at a cost effective price but tailored to our wishes. During the trip, having one of the No Ketchup team available at any time was so reassuring. Would absolutely use them again.

We couldn’t fault the care and effort Alessandro and his team put into making our tour a success. Sure there were one or two little glitches but let’s be realistic- this is a travel business. What matters is how the supplier responds to challenges and for this we give Noketchup 5 stars.

When planning our trip, Othón was receptive to requests, and flexible in providing alternatives. Just prior to our trip, he sent me a detailed itinerary along with our hotel vouchers. During the trip Othón was extremely communicative and responsive via WhatsApp. Each time we were scheduled for an excursion, he sent me the name and contact info for the guide/driver, and each evening after our outing he would check in to ensure everything went well. Each guide we spent time with was knowledgeable, pleasant, and absolutely there for us.
