In my year buying cars I haven't never experienced a smooth and excellent service like this one. Thank you guys

Travelled 2 hour to get to their showroom for a car we had called about a week before and they said they would get it over from their compound, they had called in the morning to check we were still coming over and to tell us the car was all ready for us. We arrived at the time we had arranged for them to tell us ‘oh the car is over at the compound’ could we wait 20 minutes, after we had driven 2 hours this was quite annoying. We waited for the car to be brought over and when it arrived the car was horrendous it was filthy inside and out! 2 chips in the window screen, clutch stinking, scratched alloys, all the service lights and oil change lights coming on! Not ready to sell at all! I think this company are only interested in selling their higher priced cars.

Made an appointment to view a car today, the car was in poor condition with many issues, I was shown service history for a different car and they are not a company I would do business with in future

We bought a Tesla, which broke down on day 1, as Noya had not acted on the warning signals from the car, and had lied about its ‘great condition’. The faults were known to Noya.

Noya Motor group have then reneged on their commitment to refund the car. We are now taking legal action.

I would highly recommend you avoid this company. They are dishonest & not to be trusted.

I purchased a beautiful Alfa Romeo Mito from this car dealer last week, the whole customer experience was second to non. Their showroom is outstanding & the cars are top spec. I especially received exceptional service from the manager, Jordy. Would 💯 recommend to anyone looking for theut next four wheel investment 😃

I searched a used Ford Focus on Autotrader in January and contacted NMG. They were very quick to respond and send me a video of the car the next day. I told him I live in the South and cannot possibly view the car personally and asked about if the mechanics are all good. They promised the car is in good condition so I paid the balance almost immediately as I urgently needed a car. First they promised the car can deliver next day, but then they told me the car could only be delivered a few days later. When the car arrived, we didn’t even check the car in front of the delivery man as we trusted it is a good car. But after a few drive around the block, we found that windows wiper would swipe without touching it, the dashboard lights go on and off. When my husband open the bonnet the ledge cannot lock it back when closed. The car kept having the warning bonnet not closed. We told them this problem and they asked us to drive the car back to them for refund - which was a two and a half drive. When we returned they didn’t even bother to check and said they would return the refund to me same day. However, I could only receive the refund the next day near six pm with lots of chasing. They also hold £200 as they said I should return the V5 to them (which I haven’t received). I returned the car on 1 Feb and up till now I haven’t received the log book. I checked with DVLA and found that my car is not even registered to my name! They are holding up my £200 plus they charged me £199 for car delivery. I also don’t know why the tax of the car is so expensive which is £250 and I paid! Now I am asking DVLA to refund me the tax but they are still holding my deposit. This is such a horrible experience!

The company that you cannot trust. Couple of days ago, I was searching to buy a good condition used car. I found a Lexus CT200 in Noya Motor Group with price of £19,899. I called them to ask about the condition of the car as I'm living in London and takes me almost 2 hours to go to their branch and see the car. I asked them if the car had any accident or having any damage or being painted or in any CAT category, they said: NO, car is on GREAT condition and if I want to reserve the car, I have to pay £300 for them to keep it for me and take it out of market. I paid £300 over the phone and booked an appointment. It took me and my family 3 hours to reach there due to the car accident on motorway (A1). Anyway we reached to their brand and I saw the car before I go to their office. OMG, all over the car had big scratches. Back of the car, both front doors, front driver fender, back bumper all of them have been painted awfully. I was super shocked. After speaking to the sales man there, he said he didn't know about these scratches or why the car being painted under worst condition. He called his manager to arrange some discount for us and he came back with £250 discount. I offered £19,000 to buy the car cash, he called his manager again and he said my manager said the best price we can offer is £19,500 and if customer wants less than that don't bother me and don't call me. Because of this rude behaviour and comment from the line manager we kept out offer on £19,000 and they refused which I'm super happy for not buying that car because if they are lying about the condition of the car which I can see, simply they can lie about the engine and the other part. Don't recommend them at all
